They refused us to rent a property cos of partner's unfair ccj. Fair play by Peter who returned the deposit,a good man. The reason for 3 stars is another boss Paul made the decision not to let us when the landlord was happy for us to move in. Otherwise, why Kelly would ring us to arrange to pop in to office to pay the rest of deposit and monthly rent. The next day this pathetic man makes decision on behalf of landlord.

We have worked with Barons for nearly 2 years and it has been very positive.
No problem is too big and they are always very quick to react in any situation whether it is a faulty washing machine to looking for a new tenant. They make everything go so smoothly and never seem like anything is a bother.
We work mostly with Kate who always goes above and beyond for us - collecting post and checking in over weekends if there was a problem and we can tell she works closely with our tenants also.
I would highly recommend Barons for any of your rental needs!

Thank you Kate! She really was an angel sent from heaven. Right when we needed to move she sent us a flat and the whole process she was accommodating. I felt like I was speak to a friend and that’s the magic of making your client feel comfortable.

We had never dealt with such a friendly, professional, kind and caring estate agent until Kate. We were not a number, but a couple looking for a family home. Kate was very patient, helpful, understanding and listened to our needs.

Wife and I were looking for a flat with a extra room for our son and in a nice quiet area. Barons sent us advanced emails with places meeting our criteria and handled the entire move start to finish friendly & professionally start to finish.
