20th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)Do not recommend. They were ok at beginning of tenancy as they want to make money Ofc. But extremely difficult at end of tenancy. They tried to take my deposit for things I was not responsible for such as a faulty boiler (which I reported months before I handed in my notice). They were aware of this as they provided the inventory. Very difficult and rude admin personnel. Avoid. Avoid.

6th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)We had a few viewings from them, there was an offer put in for the house mid December 2023. Client had over £200k of deposit. They pushed us to get solicitor etc buyer was ready to go. We did that at start of January 2024.We heard nothing, no even mention of Survey, until we pushed on 05/03/24,there was NO response. then the agent said they were arranging survey, under valued house by £100k, valued at standard 3 bed house. They got another survey arranged, this was then valued at £40k under. The Buyer should not have been allowed to view the property if they could NOT afford the property. I sent a message on 23/03/24 with drawing the property with them as they had wasted 4 months.. we had another offer from a different agent also in Dec but as we had accepted the offer from Scotts we went with them. Big mistake !!!

Nothing actually came of it, but I remember the experience well enough to mention it to Moshe when I met him. What I said was that I haven't often come across agents who were so friendly, honest and at the same time professional. Roundtree is lucky having Saul working with them !

9th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Was keen on viewing a house but some 12 year old kid named Mo who they have manning the phones was completely useless in organising a viewing and eventually said that the house was sold despite not being sold. I went and viewed the house at another local estate agent who were very good at organising a viewing. I event put in an offer and gazumped the poor person who had the misfortune of dealing with Mo and Co at Brown and Merry. I am currently typing this review from that very house! Lesson learnt, when selling £500K+ houses don’t put a 12 year old as your front of house!

Their professionalism, dedication were truly commendable. The marketing photos they produced were exceptional, showcasing the property in its best light and attracting a lot of interest. From the moment I enlisted their services to the closing of the sale, they ensured a smooth and successful process. I cannot thank the entire team at Mi Homes enough for their exceptional support. 14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)This review is constantly being reported so that it does not get posted. To truly know how these agents operate, do not look at any reviews other than the low rated ones. One reviewer has posted using the name G and Hari’s response is that he does not have a client by the name G in his database. The man is a joke! I have been asking Hunters to serve notice to the tenant since the 10th of January 2024 because the contract ends on the 17th of March 2024. Hunters have refused to do so. They have yet again stopped responding to my emails asking about when the tenant will vacate. In October last year they stopped responding to me for months on end. As for the rest of the year, the communication from them has been that they will take me to court or I should take them to court. That is how they deal with any questions you ask them about your property. It is the 14th of March 2024 and I have no information from Hunters. I called Hunters asking to speak to Hari and a young man with a British accent answered and insisted he is Hari Patel. If, in a situation speaking the truth would help them, they would not be able to do so because they only know how to lie! They have tried to cheat me several times out of a few thousand pounds each time creaking fake expenses and issues while working in cahoots with their cronies. Engage them if you have no other options and you enjoy being harassed and don’t mind paying for Hari’s many foreign vacations and fleet of luxury vehicles. The vacation and car boast was from the owner of the agency himself. The above practices in dealing with their landlords are what they are best at. Engage them if you have no other options! They were recommended to me by another Estate agent who knew that Hunters were looking for a property that could be sublet especially if the landlord lived abroad.

11th Apr 2024 (5 days ago)Salters Residential sold my mums property, when she recently relocated to the West Country. Due to her age, I looked after her property sale - the only input she made was appointing Salters. It was the correct decision. Alan, Hannah and the rest of the team at Salters are the opposite of almost every other estate agent we’ve used; They are absolutely SUPERB. They fly in the face of your stereotypical agents, as they genuinely care. They are extremely professional, always come back to you (when they say they will), they know your house chain inside out and they are completely reliable. Alan even came back to me when he had Covid. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough, as they hugely lessen the anxiety and stress of a house move. If you are looking for a genuinely superb, professional and honest estate agent, please get in touch with Alan, or Hannah. ????

I would recommend Stonebridge because I only had contact with directors who were experienced. This held the chain together and their support was invaluable.
