27th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. 28th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)?? Avoid this letting agent at all costs! They advertised a property that turned out to be completely uninhabitable. On the surface, it looked like a refurbished flat — but there was no running water, which meant no toilet facilities either. This was documented on the check-in inventory, and the management company reassured us that a plumber would be sent. The plumber attended but couldn’t fix the issue. We later discovered there was a major fault with the water tank, meaning the water couldn’t be turned on at all. We were forced to cope without water and without toilet facilities for five days. We’ve now moved out because the situation became unbearable. What’s even more disappointing is the letting agent’s response. They claim they are “let only” and rely solely on information provided by the landlord. The landlord deemed the property habitable, and the agent simply accepted that — refusing to take any responsibility. Instead of mediating or trying to help resolve the situation, they provided contradictory information and washed their hands of the problem. You can judge a company by how they handle issues, and this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. ?????? Do not sign any tenancy agreements with this agent. ?????? Avoid them if you value basic living conditions and professional service
22nd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)This is long overdue post and probably coming in very late but I believe this is extremely important and should be out there for people to see. I had a terrible experience with Rouge Properties last year around August when I tried renting a property through them in Northampton. The property was marketed on their official website but unfortunately they ended up taking no responsibility about it when things went all wrong and blamed it on the concierge taking care of the property. The property I am talking about is an apartment in Northampton House. What stood out for me was the audacity from the team for not refunding my deposit money even when they failed to deliver the property ready on the said date. Not to forget that the team includes people who when you confront them will literally shout at you, stop responding to your emails or even threaten you. Beware of Nazneen and the team because when they have zero understanding of the property, they try and give you details only when the deposit is paid and treat you as someone absolutely worthless because now they know you are stuck. I chose peace and let go of the deposit but in hind sight I can't believe they were this unprofessional throughout my experience.

Ewa was equally impressive, providing consistent support and making sure that all the administrative details were handled efficiently. She was approachable, quick to respond to any questions, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was in order.
