Do not use: agent withheld material information about the tenancy and then actually lied about it but subsequently had to own up. Embarrassing and costly. This was in Cheltenham

Awful experience. Agent had no clue on illegal maintenance, was rude and after much distress and expense I had to move out after 3 months. Do not use (for Gloucestershire properties).
