Excellent!
They where the first estate who took me seriously as I'm disabled and not able to work.
They worked with me to find a flat and it really felt like they were on my side which, in my experience, isn't the usual attitude of estate agents.
Extremely friendly and approachable. Jade and Jenny are lovely people!

Molica Franklin have been managing my flat in Littlehampton fkr many years now and I'm a really happy landlord. They keep me updated and informed with what is going on at my property. Sort out any issues promptly and professionally and find me new tenants easily. They also charge a very reasonable amount. I would definitely recommend them to any landlords wanting an estate agent to manage their property and have no hesitations in using them when we eventually decide to sell our flat.

DO NOT USE THESE ESTATE AGENTS. Me my partner and 6 year old were
due to move in today 25.9.23, all our referencing was complete until Matthew Overington said that there was a CCJ on my credit file, I was totally unaware of this and was sure this had to be a mistake, I was given the number for the court to call and was told if I failed to provide proof of satisfaction of this ccj I would lose my holding deposit… I rang the courts whilst at work to get this straightened out and was on hold for 2 hours only to be told they cannot access a ccj without a reference number, at this point Molica Franklin was closed so I called back and said do you have any reference number for me as I was not given any further information just that I had an unsatisfied CCJ, once they gave me the reference I called again and was on hold for nearly another 2 hours, only to be told this CCJ has been paid in 2021. I told Matthew on 22.9.25 that it’s been paid and I will provide proof, I didn’t get a confirmation email from the solicitors of this CCJ being satisfied until 24 hours later and when I sent the proof of payment this was Matthews response. “The landlord is now apprehensive about moving you both in because you have an outstanding CCJ” as you can imagine I was furious and called to speak to the manager Aaron who offered little support and sympathy, saying that “if you didn’t have a CCJ in the first place then you would have passed the referencing” a very insensitive comment considering he is unaware of my circumstances. My tenancy ends early October, this abomination of a letting agency has now left me my partner and a 6 year old at risk of homelessness because their records are outdated and incorrect, they have tainted my name by passing on information and have caused defamation to me making the landlord believe that I have outstanding CCJ to my name. highly unprofessional service, inexperienced team who have jeopardised my chance of finding a home, showed a lack of empathy or willingness to help me, I’m appalled, let down and shocked that this level of incompetence can come from such a ‘trusted’ estate agents. Will be avoiding this estate agents at all costs and suggest everyone does the seem at risk of being let down 2 days before the move in date, not only that the money I have wasted with arrangements for the move, time taken off work to make the move and time wasted on hold to provide them their proof to pass referencing only to be told we now haven’t got a chance because they’ve passed on FALSE information about me, shame on you

I would certainly recommend the team at Molica Franklin. They found a good quality buyer who matched my property perfectly. They always fed back after a viewing. My emails were always answered promptly, and nothing was too much trouble. Photos were taken on a grey day and they came out again to retake on a sunny day, perfect! Couldn't ask for a better service, most impressed!

We had amazing help when selling the family home that had been ours nearly 100 years!! Georgie at littlehampton always let us know when people were going to look at the house, then always gave us feedback after the viewings. Which I found a great help.
Even after we had a buyer the staff at the agency were always happy to answer our questions and queries. Right up until we completed the sale on that final day.
I would recommend and use Molica Franklin estate agents myself again.

I haven't rented in quite some time. However, having had a viewing the day before mine with Molica Franklin with a different estate agency you can definitely tell the difference in quality and friendliness of service! I was greeted by Georgie who was lovely, warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the property she was showing me around. And then when I popped into the office later that day her colleagues were exactly the same. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Definitely not your usual estate agents. Thank you for all of your help and for giving me such a great customer service experience guys.

I have now used Molica Franklin to find tenants for me for several commercial properties. They have always been most accommodating and very helpful. Their advice has been spot on. Deadlines have been met where needs be. Indeed nothing has been too much trouble. One of the outcomes of the past 18 months of Coronavirus has been that many companies have used the virus to provide a poor service. That is certainly not the case with Molica Franklin. Would I use them again - of course I would!

Molica Franklin helped me all the way with the purchase of my first property. I had viewed a few properties with other estate agents beforehand and wasn't very impressed. Georgie from Molica Franklin was brilliant. I loved how much she knew about the properties and the sellers and always went that extra mile with anything I asked. Georgie took the time and put effort into supporting me and it really did make all the difference. Georgie has been incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease with the buying process. No 'silly' questions has felt silly and she has always taken the time to ensure I understand everything as being a first time buyer this whole process has been very new! From start to finish Georgie has looked after me. Thank you, I would highly recommend!!

I have used Molica Franklin to both buy my property 5 years ago, and then used them to sell it recently. Their service is second-to-none... always professional but not full of BS like some other agents. They match the right buyer to the house and have quality viewings over quantity.

Odd experience....
Found a rental property, sent ID multiple times via email.
Them asked to travel down ftom London to verify ID.
Visited branch and told they hadn't recieved docs only for them to find all.
Asked for a deposit which I agreed with, then told it would need to be in cash, I raised concern and would I get a receipt and was told one could be written out. I reflected and said I'd be happier to transfer so as clear payment trail which was agreed and given bank details.
I was then told that they didn't actually manage the property and was owner managed (something I'd had very poor experience of previously).
I returned home to reflect and raised concerns next morning with various due diligence questions via email to be told via a reply within minutes that property was now let.
I checked several days after and was still advertised.
As I say an odd experience.

Rented a house with a hole in the roof, leaking water in through the lounge wall for 14 months. Molica Franklin reps just kept saying that they'd contacted the landlady but had not received a reply. In the end, we moved out, taking a house load of mould-damaged furniture and clothing with us.

I would keep a close watch on their dealings and operations. Peculiar way of arranging sales and viewings which seemed to be pre-decided by Peter and Becca. Although friendly at first it did change when I have mixed up addresses and properties trying to secure a property with an offer. I would hope for support and help but instead an avalanche of bad attitude was thrown at me. As a single mother I have so much already to consider. Attitude and unpleasant approach when challenging them with questions about their process of accepting offers. Defensive response rather than constructive resolution. This service is not professional. Avoid at all cost. Not sure whether this is a racism or prejudice but they seems to be not too co-operative. Judging from previous comments there seems to be an unhealthy pattern in their business dealings.

A property went on the market, called straight away to view for the following day. We just received a call from a male in this office, that the property has gone under offer already. Bad business if you ask me. If I was a vendor I would want the 2nd viewing to proceed, especially when the 2nd viewing that very same day, is a cash buyer. Warning to anyone selling with this agent! When quired, my partner received an arrogant response from the male, saying how much of a 'good agency they are,' that they sold it the following day. As I said, to me this bad business for anyone selling through this agency.
