If they tell you that they are going to do something, they do it, it's always easy to speak to one of the team & they are always helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend using their services, as they understand the local market extremely well.

Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring at every stage, which made everything feel much more manageable. Steve, the mortgage advisor, was equally impressive. His extensive knowledge really stood out, and he was always willing to help and explain things in a way that made sense. Combined with his great communication, it made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Overall, a highly professional and supportive team that I’d happily recommend.

When we first appointed Lextons last year, we were really unhappy with the service we received, however when our buyer pulled out and we had to go back on the market they did a full 180 and have been brilliant. Aidan was appointed to our sale after our buyer withdrew and he has been excellent. So kind, easy to talk to and has been really helpful throughout this whole process. He’s kept us in the loop, and kept us calm when things got a bit stressful. We really appreciate the work that he has done to get our sale over the line.

17th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.Graham Butt Estate Agents - Rustington

They kept us informed at all times and regardless of who we spoke to we got a friendly and professional response.. A very refreshing company to deal with.. Thanks to all involved with a special thanks to Kiera who saw the processing of everything through to completion.. From the first meeting, he identified a potential group of buyers that no other agent had talked about which made us feel very at ease. The photography and listing process was very straightforward, and they managed the viewings process seamlessly. He actually created a WhatsApp group and was very quick to answer questions which was very helpful in what turned out to a long drawn out process (after offer had been accepted). Would work with Sam and AH in a heartbeat if we were moving again.
