It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Graham Butt Estate Agents, hopefully you will be taking advantage of some of the many services our company can offer.
In 2021 we celebrated the opening of our Littlehampton office in 1971. The last 50 years has flown by and seen many changes in the housing market, however we are proud to have remained a family run, totally independent business, with four generations, of the name "Butt" working within the offices.

Overall extremely professional service. From the initial meeting to confirmation of sale. Time was spent explaining the current market, ways to proceed with our sale were discussed in detail, examples of sales material were provided, and the marketing of the property was swift. Communication was excellent. All the staff are efficient and friendly. We felt completely confident in placing our property with Graham Butt and were delighted with the result. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Graham Butts if you’re planning on selling your property. The whole team provided a dedicated service, Kris Thorley and Simon Bain going above and beyond to try to help resolve issues and delays that cropped up during our sale. Their response to messages and emails was instant. Their advice was considered and invaluable. And their support was reassuring, helping us through those stressful moments that everyone experiences when moving house. Their initial valuation was spot on and if I were to go through the whole process again I wouldn’t hesitate for a second on using Butts.

Graham Butt Estate Agents have been positively conscientious, polite, very considerate, professional, and reassuringly informative.
Questions to them are answered promptly and succinctly with openness and clarity, which is incredibly useful and relieves the stress anyone might feel when selling their home.
Everyone who sells their home, or buys a home, is different, and the staff at Graham Butt Estate Agents take people's personal circumstances into consideration; and work with both the seller and the buyer with the utmost respect.

Simon Bain provided sound advice from the start and this was supplemented by Kris after the initial 12-week window. His logical and well thought out advice resulted in a sale. Kris requires a special mention for his advice, empathy, sensitivity and tenacity in getting the property sale to the finish line.
A great service all round and I would strongly recommend Graham Butts to anyone.
