To say my house sale was a difficult process is putting it mildly. However the staff at molyneux have been incredibly supportive. Nothing was too much for them to assist me with. Communication was excellent at all times. They were determined to sell my house and they did!!!! I do not say it lightly but the staff were instrumental in this actually completing. Rebecca Owen along with a lady who has since left were with me through every hurdle. They went above and beyond makings progress where others failed. THANK YOU... Read more

Louise and Annie are the perfect combination of class, professionalism and friendliness. A true credit to the Molyneux brand / chain. Also praise deserved to Paige and Sari in their other nearby offices who worked tirelessly to find me a property that fitted my specific criteria... We have just bought a bungalow via Molyneux's Mold office. Property buying by nature is often a stressful and a frustrating process - especially for people not accustomed to all that is involved, but we were guided through it all with ease by the Mold team, who were always so very friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring, helpful and always professional. Nothing ever was too much trouble to them. On completion day together with the handover of the keys, we were totally surprised at their kind gesture in presenting us with a small hamper of appropriate home-mover's goodies, which was really useful and touching thought. We’d like to say a huge big thank you to mrs Carolyne Crawley in the Mold office for selling our lovely home recently. From our first meeting with Caroline we found her to be so helpful friendly and more importantly extremely professional. We can’t thank her enough for everything from the sale of our home to the purchase of our new home she made what could be a stressful time for us very easy . Caroline dealt with everything and made herself contactable out of office hours on her day off if we had any queries this is rare and we appreciated this . We recently sold our home with Molyneux we used the Mold office and Found them to be very professional and helpful. . The lady we dealt with was Caroline Crawley she was so friendly on our initial meeting very explanative . We’d like to put a review regarding this lady as Caroline went absolutely above and beyond with the sale of our home making herself available out of office hours . It can be a stressful time moving home but Caroline took all the stress away she was so helpful friendly and very kind to myself and my husband ensuring the sale ran quickly and smoothly . The previous review was perhaps a little harsh. I placed my property on the market and have no doubt that Molyneux were working hard to sell - judging by the number of viewings. They were happy to communicate using e-mail - which made it much easier for me to maintain contact.... Read more

We have two houses in Nannerch to sell and I rang last week to arrange an appointment for an agent to visit. I spoke to someone called Ann who took details of the houses and my contact details saying that she would get someone to call back to arrange an appointment. It's now almost a week later, the promised call never materialised, they've lost valuable business and I've become annoyed at their inefficiency.... Read more
