After getting quotes from a number of Estate Agents when I decided to sell my house I decided on selling with William Gleave. Although not the cheapest, I found Tom Allen, professional, Courteous, none pushy and very enthusiastic. He could see the potential in my property and I could tell he would pass his enthusiasm onto potential buyers. He did not drive a hard sell and I did not feel pressured in any way. Tom is very good at his job and I made the right choice. William Gleave have been fantastic from start to finish. Even through difficult times, trying to sell, advertise and show potential buyers a property through a national pandemic was no joke, but they did it with ease and professionalism the whole way through and marketed my house at every opportunity, adhering to Covid rules and regulations and still managed to sell my house. I am eternally grateful to both Tom and Jill Litter. Jill was amazing and corresponded with us throughout the sale, keeping us up to date at every stage so we were not left guessing. We needed to secure a tenancy at short notice and whilst some other letting agents were perhaps less than helpful William Gleave were by contrast fantastic and ensured that we were able to move into a lovely property with time to spare. In addition any issues that arose were dealt with promptly and always to our satisfaction.
