Absolutely brilliant unfortunately I’m not allowed to leave peoples names but the ladies in the office went way above and beyond never once refusing to speak to me in fact doing extra work they probably weren’t supposed to always professional and a pleasure to talk to.
Also the gentleman who came to value the property was totally professional and polite at all times.if I was. To ever sell again I would never use anyone else.
100 percent would recommend them
The sale did not go through however this was nothing to do with the agent

i am very dissapointed with wingetts service would not reccomend them to anyone! I recently booked a rented property viewing with them, was told it was blocked viewings?I turned upat the property and another lady and her children turned up to view the same property at the time , that was fine ,this lady only looked at two rooms and rushed off ,fair enough , i then went to wingetts office in wrexham to put in a application, when i got there this lady was in front of me putting her application in for the property we had just viewed which is fine ,i then asked if i could put an application in and was told first come first serve which is fine but i asked why did you let us have block viewings at the same time then as i didnt think it was fair?i was then told they would ring the boss who just had done the viewings to ask if we could put an application in? The boss spoke to them and said we could put an application in which was fine as they said the landlord would choose an applicant i then paid 80.00 and they said we would here in up to 10 days ? we then phoned up to see if we had got the property and was told oh there was ten people in for it now as we was orginal
y told that only one applicant could apply at the time how can this company take money off people when they just feel like knowing they have no chance of getting this property as we was told all our checks came back ok i am disgusted with the way they have handled this and am going to write a complaint and request my money back as was told a pack of lies why couldnt this company just be honest and not decietfull TOTALY would not recommend to anyone !
