22nd May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)This review is long overdue, but it absolutely needs to be said: Berry & George are not your average estate agents, and Rich is quite simply the best sales agent you could hope to meet. We spent years trying to buy our first home, facing all the usual challenges: finances, finding the right size property, and securing the perfect location. We always believed that when we found the right house, we would just know. Many agents didn't understand that, but Rich did. From the day we met Rich and viewed our first property with Berry & George, we knew we had found the one. Rich understood exactly what we were looking for and supported us every step of the way. From day one through to well after we moved in, Rich was exceptional. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The whole team worked incredibly hard on our behalf, and we are still happily settled in the home we love today. After our previous purchase fell through at exchange, leaving us almost homeless and with just two weeks to find temporary accommodation, finally finding our home is a blessing. What may seem like everyday tasks or simply part of the job can make a life-changing difference to your clients. Thank you, Rich and the team at Berry & George, for going above and beyond and helping us find our forever home.
