   Not a bad word to say, from start to finish everyone we dealt with was so nice and helpful. We sold and purchased with Arnold & Philips and it was the least stressed I’ve ever been moving house. They really look after you, and take away the stress and pressure. I also thought it was a really nice touch the way they present your new home keys, really made a difference. They’re always checking in, not only to see how things are progressing but how you are doing too. Charlie had his Angels and we had Janet, Francine & Katherine! Best estate agent I’ve ever used!...    All staff at Town and Country, Chester, are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I tested them out before I put our property with them, pretending to be a purchaser and they passed with flying colours! They send an email and texts of viewing details, including the names of the viewers and give feedback following each viewing. They've kept me fully informed each step if the way. We currently are going through the sale at a price we were satisfied with. I'd definitely recommend them to others. In fact, my niece sold her property the day after she'd put hers on the market....
