We recently (December) sold our property through Oakfield Property (Buckley) and wish to express our thanks and publicise their excellent service.
From an initial meeting at the property with Paul when he explained their strategy through a portfolio he had prepared we engaged them once we confirmed our plans to buy/sell.
The whole experience was first class they proved to be honest, realistic, meticulous, professional, courteous and highly communicative.
The survey and marketing were amazing and the viewings deftly handled which led to a sale in less than 7 days. Jo and Clair were instrumental in this success and the team have our sincere thanks.

Having used Oakfield for our recent home sale we were delighted not only their primary role in selling homes but every single aspect from our first contact with them continuing through to the sale completion. This included much sought after advice on us selling, great advertising but more importantly undertaking everything regarding the sale leaving us stress and worry free. We were kept updated constantly by telephone and phone app.
Selling a home isn't something we do regularly. So to anyone considering Oakfield for their home sale we would highly recommend them.

An excellent service and a great result.
I decided the time had come to sell an investment property which Oakfield had managed for many years. Their management had been trouble free and effective but when a long standing tenant left the time seemed to be right to sell. Oakfield dealt with the whole process very efficiently, and took all the hassle out of the sale. I would strongly recommend them.

Due to covid it was a long process,many phone calls,many emails but never was it a problem to help at any time.
From first meeting paul for the initial valuation,he was honest and transparent, nothing was too much trouble, to the fantastic and lovely clair keeping me informed of any changes,right up until completion ..I would recommend oakfield Property to any potential buyers or sellers.
