This rating is for the internet information. The time is NEVER CORRECTED OR AMENDED. A typical example of a non continuous business plan due to Covid.
The actual opening times are changed and only placed on the door to the office.
So busy people rush according to their availability to find the place closed.
Royal Mail have no one to simply change the online information accordingly in 2021.

Customer Service and Head Office- Having used this service regularly due to lock down, i have spent at least £2800-£3000 over the past 9 months. Items of value nationally and internationally. On a number of occasions Royal Mail have slipped up, i.e. damaged deliveries. The items, like always are well wrapped and labelled 'fragile' for obvious reasons. My latest situation is an item sold at £45.00 as marked and valued on my receipt when posted. I filled in the claim as usual with photographic evidence from the customer and myself. Instead of a cheque for the damages and postage I receive a set of six stamps??? Totally unacceptable form of resolution and not something I will take as a form of compensation. I take this nothing more than an insult! If this means I need to change all my listings offering a different postal service all together, then I will do so. My client has been reimbursed for the problem and damages as that is what a civilised person and business does. I am out of pocket £45 and a product I can no longer sell?!... Read more

Nothing fancy, but outstanding service and wonderful staff. A lot of places could be mentored by these lovely down to earth folks who work there. Big appreciation for the extra step of help by trying to find my missing package gone awol in customs. I don't mind getting there when I legitimately missed a parcel, fair enough. But recently more and more often I find a card after being home throughout. Which makes me wonder why I need to pay for delivery of goods, and then on top of that spend my time getting there, plus fuel cost, plus parking charge? Feels a bit unfair, Royal Mail. Hope you either step up to match the quality of service of your competitors or go out of business.... Read more

Postman for bromley area keeps not bothering to knock and just simply leaving my parcels outside hiding in the bin or next to it for someone to take or simply not knocking/ringing and jumping straight to leaving a red card when I have been waiting in for a delivery.. run downstairs to find a red card 2 minutes after the time stated on the card with no attempt to knock as I have been waiting for it this has happened many times now run up and down the street and they have disappeared - literally a myth. MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER PROPERLY now i have to take an extra day out of work again to go on a seperate day to pick up the parcels as I cant go today on my day off as the parcels "wont have been dropped back to the delivery office yet for my collection" sick of this! (this is not a dig at anyone who works at the desk at the delivery office they are lovely x100 but whoever the postman is this keeps happening...)... Read more

Absolute joke. Went to collect to my parcel and been told told it’s not there. Lady has taken my details and said someone will call me the day after. I received a phone call saying they have found my parcel and is ready to be collected. Went back the next week and been told my parcel is not there!!!... Read more

Really poor (well no), disappointing, lazy service. Arrived at the door at approx 5.58pm with it closing at 6pm, only for the guy to lock the door on me despite being right there. I knocked and pleaded but the thought of him actually being helpful was beyond him.
It wouldn't have been so bad but i had driven 5 miles in bad traffic and just made it, and on Valentines day, for an item i was wanting for that evening. I'm pretty sure it would have only taken him a few mins, if that to get my item.
Returning deflated to my car it was still only 5.59pm, so shame on you, you lazy, unhelpful man.... Read more

Went in there today as I had a package shipped from Singapore and tracking not showing anything. One gentleman couldn't find any info so he asked he's colleague who then tried the tracking number. Didn't work. Most staff would just give up there and then. This guy didn't. He then took my postcode and door number and spent about 5 mins through the system and also other parcels to see if it was there. Sadly it wasn't but 10/10 for the 2 staff members who was there today helping me and other customers too. They were polite, cheerful, helpful and very welcoming.
