Their customer service is rubbish. We made an appointment to view a property which was cancelled. The agent didn't make sure we got the message. Yes, she left a message saying 'call me when you get this' , we never called, to any decent person this could have been enough to realise we didn't get the message, but she didn't care, so we went, what a waste of time. All this aggravation could have been avoided by sending a simple email. So, if this is the beginning, what's to follow?
