Being Birmingham based we needed an agent to act for us. We had an empty property in Warrington. We rang Morgan Williams at 5pm on a Friday. Rob rang us back the same evening and explained the charges etc. He got the ball rolling straight away. He organised a lock smith to gain entry. Sent us the condition schedule. Even got us quotes to clear the property out. All this was done on the phone and email. We met once 10 days from speaking to him; the property was let on a long lease on decent terms.
