My cooker stoped working over a month ago and I’ve chased this repair numerous times, the is little to no communication from them at all, and the cooker still doesn’t work. I had to call a contractor out myself to even find out the cooker is still under warranty. I also had this issue in the past and it took them months to fix it. I’ve asked Liam Grundy countless times for the formal complaints procedure and he ignores me every time, I’ve requested a copy of my tenancy agreement and got told it would have been sent to me when I first moved in (3 years ago) I highly recommend you find a different agent if you’re interested in renting a property. In reply to you comment - you said the cooker stoped working due to saturation with water, it’s been two months how could the possibly still have water in it when it hasn’t been used for 2 months... Extremely slow at dealing with enquiries and getting works done, if you are looking to rent through this agent just expect to wait months before anything gets fixed. They ignore your emails and are not willing to help tenants. If you're a landlord I'd stay away unless you want to pay a management fee for them to do nothing at all.... Read more
