Highly recommended! Ben, Mike and Rob were of great help and support whilst going through the selling process with them earlier this year.
From the first valuation visit and photos, through lots of problems and issues caused by 'the other side', to exchange day nightmares with my solicitors, these guys were amazing!
Estate agents get a pretty bad rep but I have nothing but good things to say about Leaders Warrington - and Ben, Mike and Rob in particular. They are a huge asset to the company!
They will certainly be my first choice of agents should we ever come back to Warrington and buy a house.

Shockingly awful service. Unsurprisingly, they apparently have difficulty retaining staff, and therefore communication between their departments is extremely unreliable. When they do reply, the response is robotic and automated, and fails completely to address the issues. They will even respond to reviews in the same robotic way.
Therefore services on behalf of landlord aren't carried out efficiently or at all. End result is that tenants terminate tenancy early and rent isn't received by landlord.
Leaders then fail to return tenant deposit, or even to provide details of the deposit scheme, which is a legal requirement. Naturally, this affects both the tenant and the landlord, both of whom are left in a totally miserable position.
Truly awful agents. Do business with them at your own risk - or find an agent who is more reliable.

Staff issues at Leaders. They are ineffective and inefficient, and totally fail to respond to requests in emails. They fail to manage property repair effectively and are totally unreliable as an agent. They make no attempt to get new tenants in quickly, so rental income is lost. Their management of tenant deposits is shocking, and they have to try to recoup money from tenants to make up for their own failures. Take your business somewhere else!

Was moving out of my city and contacted leaders for a property. Lorena, one of the letting a consultants, was an absolute gem and helped me through the whole process, she answered all the questions I had and had extremely fast responses. Exceptional costumer service from Lorena and the other consultants at Leaders.

Excellent service, excellent team. Rob Greenwood was very professional and always available for contact when I needed him and he always kept me in the loop with every update he had. And when I couldn’t get hold of him due to him being busy, the head office staff were there to support me. 10/10 would recommend.

Awful company to deal with. Staff have huge attitude problems, don’t explain things properly and constantly make mistakes then blame you. Listed property for rent at wrong price, not once but twice. Avoid at all costs

Leaders acted as the estate agent for our vendors of the house we were buying but we had such a good experience with them, I would definitely use them if we were ever selling. Ben, in particular, I can't recommend and thank enough. He was so helpful, he worked tirelessly to ensure things were progressing and chased solicitors etc. and don't think it all would have happened without him and he was so lovely throughout to us as well.

Leaders helped us to rent our home while we went to work abroad. The process was super smooth and the inventory and photographs were of the highest quality.
A special thank you to Natalie and Becky for getting the tenants in so quickly and finding the type of tenants that we wanted.

I recently moved from London to Warrington, and I've gotta say, the Leaders team made it a perfect experience. Massive jumbo shoutout to Becky – she's an absolute rock star and made sure everything went like clockwork. (And has the patience of an angel)
Natalie, Chris, Meaghan and Danielle, you guys are awesome too! Team effort at its finest.
Moving can be a headache, but these guys turned it into a smooth ride. Super grateful for the personalised touch and hoping this positive vibe keeps ongoing during my time in Warrington. Solid five stars! (Wish there was 10 star options)

Arranged a viewing and on the day of the viewing rang to confirm to be told they have now sold it. Poor customer service buying via them so wouldn't trust to sell my properties
