Leaders was not my first choice as a representative to sell the property (and yea I was so wrong), I stuck with different agent for over 2 years. That agent (very nice guy) could not come with clear plan how to pursue a sale, could not explain (or did not know) why property cannot be sold (leashold complications) then enter Leaders - friend of mine told me they are solid. Did not believed as for me all Estate Agents were same bread (wrong again).
As I was over 2 years in processes (multiple buyers) and learnt a lot about property itself (leagal wise) I have explained what is the situation to Mike. It took 2 days and I had a clear plan what we can do (multiple options) and actually what we should do. 4 months later the property has been sold.
Those guys are FIXERS they make things happen and they will be honest with you. If you looking for nice guys who do the same as everyone else Leaders should not be your choice if you look for effective agent who will leave no stone unturned Leaders are for you.

Highly recommended! Ben, Mike and Rob were of great help and support whilst going through the selling process with them earlier this year.
From the first valuation visit and photos, through lots of problems and issues caused by 'the other side', to exchange day nightmares with my solicitors, these guys were amazing!
Estate agents get a pretty bad rep but I have nothing but good things to say about Leaders Warrington - and Ben, Mike and Rob in particular. They are a huge asset to the company!
They will certainly be my first choice of agents should we ever come back to Warrington and buy a house.

Shockingly awful service. Unsurprisingly, they apparently have difficulty retaining staff, and therefore communication between their departments is extremely unreliable. When they do reply, the response is robotic and automated, and fails completely to address the issues. They will even respond to reviews in the same robotic way.
Therefore services on behalf of landlord aren't carried out efficiently or at all. End result is that tenants terminate tenancy early and rent isn't received by landlord.
Leaders then fail to return tenant deposit, or even to provide details of the deposit scheme, which is a legal requirement. Naturally, this affects both the tenant and the landlord, both of whom are left in a totally miserable position.
Truly awful agents. Do business with them at your own risk - or find an agent who is more reliable.

Staff issues at Leaders. They are ineffective and inefficient, and totally fail to respond to requests in emails. They fail to manage property repair effectively and are totally unreliable as an agent. They make no attempt to get new tenants in quickly, so rental income is lost. Their management of tenant deposits is shocking, and they have to try to recoup money from tenants to make up for their own failures. Take your business somewhere else!

I am a tenant who has the misfortune to have a landlord who uses Leaders as his Agent.
They are worse than useless.
When my cooker broke (an item that was the landlord's responsibility) they did nothing and then lied to me about what they were going to do.
If you are thinking of using this company, I strongly recommend that you keep records of all your dealings with them so that you can show their lies in court.

The most unprofessional company I have ever delt with. No contact after you move in, especially when it comes to fixing fault with the property.
I lived at 112 Padgate Lane for a year (though tried to end my tenancy sooner due to disrepair, with no luck) there was mould in every room, one window didn’t close and the fire escape window didn’t open. There was black mould in the kitchen units, a leak under the sink before I moved in that warped the unit and they refused to replace it. The carpets were loose and dangerous especially down the stairs due to age and previous tenants not taking care of them, none of the doors in the house shut which is a massive fire hazard. All this was communicated to them repeatedly and always met with a ‘someone will call you’ or ‘we can only wait for the landlord’ who they didn’t even contact in the first place.
The only time they contacted me was when I terminated my contract and that was to ask if they could use the old video of the property to put it up for rent, the video I’d been shown instead of being allowed to view the property ‘because of covid’ which was out dated and not a true representation of the properties state. Or to ask if someone could view the property and extremely short notice. They also had been telling perspective tenants they couldn’t view the property as they were ‘having trouble getting us to leave’ . The list of grievances with the unprofessionalism of Leaders could go on. But I’d truly avoid like the plague, much like they avoid you if you need any help with the property. I’m still waiting for a branch manager to call me after handing my keys on two weeks ago, I won’t hold my breath.

Worst Service. Reached out to Leaders regarding one of the property posted in Right to move by Leaders . Tried contacting them for almost one month , initially they used to tell that landlady dint handover the keys lateron they used to tell that the viewing is not yet started and finally after one month they ended up stating the house is no longer available as the land lady have choosen some one. My concern is how come they dont even provide an oppertunity for viewing the house after one month of follow up , they ignored me and provided viewing oppertunity for someone else. This is simply wrong way of handling customers. i wish god WIll not give me another oppertunity to reach out Leaders again.

Where do I start!!! Lewis is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. Hardly ever replies to calls or messages and when he does it’s about three days later! He lied about why a property couldn’t be viewed and shows no accountability for his actions. No idea about properties in the real world or tenancy agreements for that matter! Nothing was explained at all, they just took my money and went off with it. Employing young men who have no manners or compassion is a complete waste of time. I will never deal with Leaders ever again.

Stunning services from the property management department. I have been renting with Leaders for almost a year now and I am very satisfied with their services. (Rebecca Hubbard the Senior Property Manager) is very cooperative when it comes to any issue might rise in the property. I have been with leaders for a number of of years. I came from another letting agent because of the service Not being good enough. The service i have received from Leaders has been 2nd to none. Mainly due to team members Natalie , Jane and Sue who have worked above and beyond in maintaining my property. Most recently I have acquired a new property and Natalie has excelled in marketing and getting it rented out.Nothing was to big a job for Natalie. Jane sorted out some problems I had with a previous tenant and she did an excellent job also Sue has been a great all-rounder in various situations arising from small problems you encounter when renting out property. Well done girls your the back bone of leaders. !!!! And thank you!!

We are totally impressed with the efficiency and care taken by all staff that we came into contact with. All our questions were answered in a friendly manner. However when dealing with a female member of staff ( to whom I am still awaiting confirmation for collection of keys a day away from my move in date ) was both short in her attitude and in my opinion obstructive when it came to getting a straight answer - she was also trying to contact me at this key stage on a telephone number which did not belong to me ! These matters of moving are stressful enough but her ‘ couldn’t really care ‘ attitude made me very disappointed in the service provided , from what seemed like a professional outfit . I will be making a complaint about this particular member of staff formally to the branch manager to begin .

First time buyers and we seen a property available online that we was really interested in and seen on the Leaders website that due to Covid-19 to contact the sales manager Michael Foreman via email for which I received a quick response and arranged a call. After initial contact with Michael he sent over a virtual viewing for the property and arranged for a follow up call the day after. Tried to contact Michael the day after to which he explained he was on the way to the property to show another potential buyer around (which is completely fine and understandable) and would contact me when he was back home at 3pm. This was 1st of May and I am still awaiting for a call back after trying multiple times to reach him. The property has today been taken off the market and even called today to confirm it had been sold and still no response. Disappointed with the service and wouldn’t look to use Leaders services further as we had a real interest in the property and as a seller I would also be disappointed if an agent representing me didn’t respond to potential buyers.

Having trouble getting to view a property Leaders Warrington are selling. Seem to be not enough staff to do viewings. Booked five days previously to view and changed my itinery to suit! Agents cancelled on same day of viewing , saying he was doing other viewings elsewhere, (ours was a 5.30 viewing!) . if it were a house i was selling i would not be happy that prospective buyers were not able to view, hence how do you expect to sell it!! No doubt the owner is totally unaware his property is not Leaders first priority! Leaders offered to rebook for another day but i am not changing my itinery for it to be cancelled again!!

WOW! How on earth this letting agents has got this high of a star rating is just mind blowing, if I could give minus stars I would.
AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs both tenants AND landlords.
Most unprofessional letting agents Ive had the misfortune of being involved with. So much so we’ve handed our notice in and are moving next door just to get away from them.
Just a tiny example of how unprofessional they are - My mother and I were sat in their Warrington office last month and one member of the team just suddenly stood up and shouted at the top of his voice “WHOS TAKEN MY BLOODY PEN?” How “prefossional”
It’s been one thing after another since we moved in 20 months ago. The boiler wasn’t working when we moved in, they put the wrong date on our tenancy agreement which ment I had to pay two weeks council tax for this property and I wasn’t even living there. There were various leaks under all of the sinks. The washing machine sounded like a jumbo jet was going off every time it span. The freezer doesn’t work. Hardly any of the bulbs were working, we had to replace the majority of them. Oven was filthy. House was filthy.
We went away on holiday for three weeks, came back to discover the toilet had been leaking, it took them four days to come and take a look at it, and four months to get a painter round to paint the ceiling where there had been water damage. It’s a good job my partner is a plumber and turned the water off to the toilet or the ceiling would have fell in.
They are totally unreliable, say they are going to come round for an inspection etc and I always have to ring them to chase them up because they are late or have forgotten - naturally the whole office blames each other.
I could literally go on and on about Leaders as to why not to go with them.
I’m sat writing this review now because my partner and I had an email stating that there would be a viewing at 10am this morning. Shock horror nobody has turned up and when we’ve rung the office to see how long the prospective new tenants are going to be, it’s not even on their system that there is a viewing today even though we have it in black and white on an email.
I cannot stress how horrendous Leaders Warrington are.
Honestly do yourselves a favour and do not look twice at this company.
We cannot wait to move out so we do not have to deal with them anymore. I’ve written this review to help others from making a huge mistake. My friend was also with Leaders and had the same issues with them as me so I know I’m not alone.
Just a piece of advice if you do go with Leaders make sure you put everything in an email So you’ve got documentation for everything.

On the whole the team are very helpful and knowledgeable, however we don't seem to get feedback from viewings without having to contact them ourselves and often if we ring and the team member is not available they do not return our calls and we have to ring again. We also don't always get notice of when viewings are taking place therefore we cannot insure that the property is fit to be viewed ie tools and paint etc lying around.

If I could give no stars, I would. This team in Warrington are atrocious. They lie about topping up electricity meters whilst you're at work and you typically end up with more than three days without electricity every time. This has happened not once but multiple occasions. They really can't do their jobs properly. I emphasize again, they REALLY don't know how to do their jobs properly as providing a service to their tenants.
By the way, they will actively lie to you on the phone so they can sit on their big wobbly bums and not work during those working hours.
Stay away from them. They give you only pain and suffering.

Wouldn't use this agent again even if I was paid to! Rented out a property to us with a broken smoke alarm and electrical's that would almost blow up when used. They couldn't care less about the state of the property when rented out, and then will try to charge this back to you when leaving. They still haven't returned our deposit almost 4 weeks after our tenancy ended. Do not use them!!

Rented a property off this firm, property failed an emissions test due to no central heating and single glazed windows, when we phoned up we got told it's our fault we accepted the property, because it was against the law the landlord was then forced to do work on the property within a certain time in which he decided to sell it from under us.
All said and done, this company doesn't care about the condition of the property they rent out, even if it's illegal, and will find everything they can to keep your bond when you do leave.

As a family that is in the process of relocating from South Africa to the United Kingdom, I contacted Leaders in Warrington after calling two other Agencies with neither so much as answering the phone.
Having searched the internet for weeks, I still had some significant questions that I felt required a physical persons input, rather than my interpretation of what I had read... hence my call.. it must be noted that I can talk the hind leg off a donkey...
A lovely young, most capable lady took my call - she introduced herself as Danielle.
In short, I asked about rentals, deposits, fees, credit references, and so much more... pet friendly, gardens, qualifying criteria for my self employed hubby regarding rentals etc... gosh, I could go on and on!
Not only did Danielle handle my call with professionalism, and answer my questions with patience and consideration, she went in my opinion beyond the call of duty to send me a list of areas to think of relocating to - I mean, I certainly wouldn't have a clue.
I hope to pop in to Leaders Warrington to meet Danielle, and certainly would look at doing business with them based solely on this interaction. I am looking at long term rental initially with a view to purchase in a few years. Leaders Warrington will be the first number I call to get that ball rolling. Thank you Danielle and your colleagues - you certainly put my mind at ease and that is quite simply, PRICELESS!!!

If i could give less i would. I had about 6 viewing on the same property cancelled a hour before due to "inconvenience for the tenant" after telling me it had already been confirmed with the tenant. I also got told by Danielle that someone had already viewed the property on a day that my viewing got cancelled! I then rebooked and stated if the viewing doesn't go ahead this time, that will be the last time i'll be making a attempt to view. To which i got told "i've stressed to the tenant and my colleagues that this viewing has to go ahead and if it cancels you'll be given notice". I emailed this morning (day of the newly booked viewing) confirming the viewing was still taking place and got no response. I rang 3 times and got a answer the 3rd time, i was told no one is available to ask about it and i'd get a call back right away. I never received a call back! Absolute waste of time and money! I'd recommend that everyone AVOIDS dealing with these time wasters!

having recently used Leaders to rent a property in Warrington, if it wasn't for Danielle Reed, who made what became a difficult transaction, in the end a pleasurable experience, on this occasion i probably would have withdrawn from doing any business with this company. But because of the way Danielle took control over the agreement from other incompetent staff members, the tenancy went ahead. I would certainly not recommend Leaders from my own personal experience, poor customer care by the managers, thankfully some of the staff take their role more seriously.

Well, were to start. Having rented before from Fast Move I must say that going to a property managed by Mary and her team at Leaders is a breath of fresh air. Mary and Linda have been amazing in every way, If there has ever been an issue they have been straight on it and it has been sorted withing a few days. They are without a doubt one of the most professional Letting Agents in Warington if not the best. They are always there when you need them and will do their very best to help you in any way.
