Horrible service, rude and uncaring employees that work very selfishly. Never again will I ever want to work with this company. The nastiness from the staff is horrendous, they also do not listen to you and later on will be rude saying they didn’t know when I have proof of them being made aware, made it very hard for me and my Dad who has cancer.

What can I say? Right from the start, helpful is an understatement. Valuation, photos, advertising, viewing the whole process went OK, any hickups the staff were on it, nothing left to chance. As I was remote from the area this was priceless even going over and above doing tasks to get the sale completed as painlessly as possible. All the staff from the Boss down were attentive, reliable, knowledgeable, generally helpful. Etc.

The worst state agent in warrington. They don't do anything to help. I have phoned them three times as I'm looking for a property to rent. They only offer 1 date for viewing and I have told them I work as a doctor and I can't leave the hospital. They are just indifferent and seem not interested . They don't wanna help you or try to find solutions.

Entwistle's Property Management Services have consistently kept my properties occupied with reliable Tenants with very short vacancy periods in-between.
Maintenance issues are raised quickly and communicated clearly, and usually resolved in good time. Sometimes it would be nice to get more detailed feedback/confirmation about what and when work has been done.
Property inspections are conducted whenever needed and are typically thorough.
Overall a good management company with some great strengths.

I arrived in Warrington in January knowing nobody in the city. Searching a flat online did not help a lot. Walking by entwistle green i decided to enter and ask for more info! Luckily Mrs Dora Seimeni was there who was more than helpful. After she showed me some flats in the city, indecided to review one. Dora could not be more helpful really, she explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand how the bills work, how to accommodate etc. being totally new in the country knowing nothing, i m thankful that i found her. Entwistle Green as well was immediately next to me when something needed to be fixed in my flat! 5 stars, can’t recommend enough both the agency and my agent Dora. Moreover if i want to move or search for a new apartment i will definitely do it through entwistle green and Dora!

Got to be honest that contacting the office is not always easy (hence 4* and not 5*) but as Mandy works remotely this is not an generally an issue.

All I can say is WOW, the team in the Warrington office in Sankey Road are amazing they were so helpful the whole way through. me and my daughter went to view are dream little house and they sorted everything out for us from the viewing to sorting a few things that needed doing before we moved in. one the day Sam noticed there was a problem with the front door lock she was straight on to the office to sort out a locks smith and he was out and it was repaired within the hour now that is pretty amazing no flies on these guys xx
Their fees are not ridiculous like most other estate agents and I can honestly say Sam Claire and Laura are so lovely not just in a professional way but also as people.
If I ever had any questions or needed something sorting out they came straight back to me either by email or phone this truly is the best estate agent ever and if I ever had to move again I would only look at house they had up for rent because Ashtons and Howard &Co and some others are and absolute joke when it comes to fees and the staff don't give a dam about you at least with Entwistle green they know how to take care of their customers i couldn't fault anything they are truly amazing thank you so much for everything you have done for me and my daughter you are all stars in my eyes xxx

We put our bungalow up for sale with Entwistle Green as we were very impressed with the sales pitch, which sounded very professional. However, from the word go, they got everything wrong; from room sizes, floor plan, incorrect information on zoopla & right move. We PAID for 12 photographs and only got 8. Staff never available to speak to between 9am and 10 am and didn't return calls. At no stage did we get an apology for the catalogue of mistakes. The selling fee was extremely high and in 3 months we didn't get a single viewing. Needless to say, we changed agents as soon as we could. Most definitely wouldn't recommend these agents.

Entwistle Green (Warrington) are very friendly, polite and always willing to assist.
I have had a very good experience with Entwistle Green both as a Tenant and as a Landlord.
They are the best letting agents in town and I would highly recommend them.
I usually interact with Mandy, a lovely lady who has been my point of contact ever since I was a tenant.
She has always been to the rescue with any problems with the property.
The best part I like about her is that the turnaround time is really quick.
She takes her job seriously, which is greatly appreciated.
Carly from Entwistle is another good person to be working with.
She deals with getting my property out there in the market and always finds me the right tenant.
She is really good at it and that makes my life so easy as a landlord.

The staff is kind. But not all professional. I viewed a house and put an offer on the house and it was accepted. Sent all my documents to their mortgage broker to finda mortgage for me. I called TWICE to ask if I can send an electrician and heating engineer to check the appliences before buying the property. I was told TWICE that yes its ok they will just need proof from the electrician and heating engineer and they will give them the key for the property. I arranged everything and when the electrician came they refused to give him the keys to the property.

I found an apartment with Entwistle and found them to be quite ok. Efficient and reliable. The only problem I had was the fact that I had some very noisy neighbours and I could never sleep. The letting agency was not able to let me cancel my lease early. It was not their fault.
