One of the worst agencies I worked with. Repairs are not done in time and we had to insist with it as they always tried to forget or didn't even cared. We were accused of complaining too much when we were just reporting things needing to be fixed. I was also accused of attacking the agent when I was complaining about missing repairs. Near the end of the tenancy agreement, I told the agent I was not happy with the service and I would write a honest review regarding it and she threatened me about giving bad references to my new landlord. Very rude unhelpful. Went for a property to rent and was promised a second viewing. Was waiting for the call and nothing so contacted them to get told no properties gone. Because i get a little help from the council i can not hand over money but was told someone else handed over money. Was furious explained to the person on the i am not allowed to do that and ita discriminating people who have to get some help. He then told me thats life and to deal with it.... Read more
