I had my house on the Market for 6 months with another Local Agent with very little interest.
I decided to call into Conrans Lee office to discuss selling my home & was bowled away with the Positive & Upbeat energy I received from Salvatore & Oliver.
They came to view my house immediately & told me they would have NO problem in selling my house.
I had more viewings in the first week than the previous Agent had provided in 6 months.
One of the viewers made an offer after a second viewing of my home, though well below what I was expecting.
The following week, Salvatore, who had been on holiday, contacted me to arrange a new viewing.
I asked him about the offer received while he was away & asked him if he could contact them again.
As a result, Salvatore came back with an improved offer which I was willing to accept.
I have to sing Salvatores praises, for without his passion & intensity, I doubt we would have achieved such a positive outcome.

I feel very grateful and lucky to have Jessica as the agent on my purchase from day one (my first viewing). Rob, who isn't very helpful and likes to pass the buck a lot had arranged to leave a set of keys for a property I've bought with a sweet shop next door without checking the time they close. I was dealt with by Rob who had a strategy planned for me to sell my flat, which indeed worked unlike the other estate agent who tells you to reduce your price if they cannot sell your property. This was not the case with Conran. Joelle was the negotiator I was dealing with, and she was very friendly, helpful and always communicating with me via phone or email. At the end, it all worked out and I am very happy with the service I received from both of them and Conran.

Rob and Erika did a fantastic job, my house sold within 2 weeks at full asking and the aftercare was fantastic, they managed every step of the way until completion and were really proactive in liaising with the buyer and their solicitor. We had other local estate agents come to value our house who were also good but we went with Conrans as felt that being new to the area they would work hard for the sale and they went above and beyond! Moving is stressful enough without an agent who doesn't care, but these guys are the real deal.
