I recently sold my flat using Barnard Marcus (South Croydon branch) and I have been so impressed with the service. Elliot handled every aspect of the process with excellence and made what should have been a stressful time so much easier. He went over and beyond what you would expect of an estate agent and particularly pulled out all the stops when it seemed the chain was going to fall apart. He worked for me whilst on annual leave and nothing was ever too much. Elliot's knowledge of the area along with his friendly and professional demeanour helped sell my flat exceptionally quickly particularly given the pandemic. SOUTH CROYDON BRANCH We sold our house in Dec 2020 finally and are very very happy in our new house. Our house was under off 5 times so it was a long exhausting process due to the changing situation for potential buyers with furlough etc but Elliot Purcell was awesome, very committed to helping us and getting the job done, even negotiated for us and guided us on the house we bought. He guided us through a number of tricky situations, was always thinking of plan B and cut through the Bull S___ so we always had very frank but respectful discussions which is the way this process needs to be.
