This is the first time I've ever dealt with estate agents having lived in the same house all my life. I would highly recommend Mann to those who are after a professional agent, and not the usual talk-the-talk types! Helen Dorset was incredible throughout the entire process from our initial viewing of our purchase, right the way to completing. Our completion was delayed, but despite this Helen kept us calm and was patient with us. Commination was exceptional throughout the process and Helen did her best to relieve us of the expected stress by liaising with the chain and their solicitors. Other acknowledgements go to Lino and Eve, but of course to Verona, the in-house broker, whose exceptional expertise proceed her and who has saved us a considerable amount of money. We are forever grateful.

I have to do this review because I had a very beautiful experience with this estate agency. Never I have met so professional and humble people in one place, especially Helen Dorset, the most patient person I have ever met.
With this agency, I bought my flat in May 2023 and Helen was there to help me and support me during the process until I got the keys. This agency has a very good reputation, they did my job very easily when something was not going well with brokers and solicitors. They were there all the time for me.

Mann Estate Agent, Extremely professional and dedicated the team is. I would highly recommend Mann as they will be there for us till the end of the process in the same energy we see them on the day we view the property. They are too friendly as well so that we can reach out to them at any point. I should specifically mention Eve,Helen , Lino and Verona Powell as they are so amazing. Eve was there any time when we call her to the property. She was tracking the process and nudging whoever it should be so that the process should not get delayed. I would give a 6 out of 5 if it is possible for her :) .I cannot thank Verona enough as we started talking to her before we find this property and we were going through exactly the same guidelines she was giving to us. As we were new to this we couldn't understand many of it. She was patient enough to explain everything to us, not only financial advices but anything about buying the house. In short we will be safe in Mann team's hands.

Now writing a review is always a pain, however in these circumstances it is far from it. I purchased a property that was marketed via Mann. The process from the point of view of the purchase and communication was exemplary.
I had the pleasure of having Eve Charrosin as my point of contact. I was in the middle of a chain and had issues with my sale via another agent and solicitor. Eve was AMAZING, she was customer focused not only to get the sale over the line but time and time again she would step up to the plate and chase my solicitor and at times my estate agent.!!! Eve was incredible throughout going above and beyond time and time again.
If you are looking for a team to sell that put the customer first then Mann and especially Eve were epic. I had the pleasure of dealing with Helen who I found professional and extremely helpful. At times I spoke to Eve more than my own family. If it was not for her then the whole chain would have collapsed.
To further evidence Eve's dedication, exchange and completion had taken place and I was stuck in traffic. My movers were waiting and threatened to charge waiting surcharges. Eve without hesitation offered to attend and provide access to the movers so they could not charge. Just above and beyond.
If I was to try and find criticism to balance this review I would struggle so to split hairs, I would say that what ever the fee the vendor paid should all be credited to Eve for her efforts during this transaction.

Horrible agent. Showed up 40 minutes late and I had to call three times to have someone coming and other viewing, I received an email saying the property would be rented for the next few months and I had to call to ask if our viewing was still going ahead (which it wasn't). Get your act together guys. Estate agents are not great in general but that is something else...

After a long sale which failed at the last hurdle, I was worried we would have a similar experience after we finally found our dream home. Mann South Croydon have done a fantastic job in selling my home quickly and at what I think is a very good price. The process was easy and hassle-free from the moment I signed up. I had priced slightly too high and wasadvised as much.However my house was marketed at my instructions but no offers.
I took the advice of Lino and the house sold within three weeks of a slight drop in price.

Mann and Co have been nothing but professional, extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Me and Lee have been able to secure our dream home which took six weeks from viewing the property to completing and getting the keys. Janene was great at ensuring all went smoothly and provided us with regular updates as well as liasing with the vendors solicitors to ensure all was moving quickly. Visiting the croydon office everyone was always freiendly and couldn’t do enough for us.
Thank you for all your help. We really appreciate everything you have done for us. I couldn’t recommend this estate agent more. We will definitely be using this estate agents again but for now we are happy in our perfect new home.
We would highly recommend using the services offered by Dean Coates mortgage advisor also. Dean helped set our expectations from the offset and found us an amazing deal on our mortgage. They listened and were very attentive to what I was looking for in a house which enabled me to eventually find my ideal home :) They were also extremely accommodating, allowing me to see the house on 2 or three separate occasions beforehand so I could be absolutely sure about my purchase.
Its a shame the vendor's solicitors delayed the transfer process at times, but that was no fault of Mann. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work in getting things pushed through.

I have recently use Mann Countrywide (South Croydon branch) to sell my mother's house in Purley and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism displayed during the process. The sale was under probate and the house was a unoccupied. Mann arranged and managed a number of viewings on my behalf and kept me informed on progress at all times until a successful sale was achieved.
In addition, the staff were polite, willing and keen to offer a proper customer service.

Worst ever estate agents. I can understand, seller is their customer but they have no respect at all for a buyer. Very rude negotiators, no clue what are the spellings of customer service. Lino Rosato as well as Andy Jones. People be careful around these rogue estate agents. Bad name for countrywide
I really feel sorry for their customers who are selling their properties through them, I was very much interested to buy one property from them but now no way. I am never buying anything being offered by them.

Multiple issues with this company in relation to the letting of our property. Initially things were fine when we were being looked after by one of their employees, Danielle Denton. However, after she left the company things went rapidly downhill. Suffice to say we are in the process of writing a formal complaint to the CEO. The good news is that we managed to get in contact with Danielle who is now working at Bond and Sherwill in Coulsdon. We are now selling our property with Bond and Sherwill and couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism.

There were flexibilities with arranging meetings, and I found them helpful with explaining the process of referencing.
The moving in process was relatively quick as well.
