I'm not giving them 0 stars because I can't. They made me pay the deposit and then they didn't give it back to me, making vague excuses. After paying the deposit, they don't care or are interested in helping you with what you need, they only care about the money and their commission, since they don't talk to the landlord to reach fair agreements. I'm very disappointed and obviously I would never recommend this agency. Super bad service.... Read more

They seems like very promising and professional but they are only working for their money and profit they took more than half of my deposit just over a little wear and tear And they don’t have independent inspection team to decide who is right ? Very bad experience with Jacksons property, don’t give them holding deposit before your contract. They take money from you and then they decline on very lame reason because they want to eat your money ???? they taken our money as well. Worst experience don’t go with them.... Read more

This estate agent should not be in business. They do not follow the legal deposit process - I was the lead tenant under the joint tenancy contract and have been told that my share of the deposit was paid to the other tenant. Their response was that this was "an oversight". They have refused to pay it back to me, which is illegal. Do not use these estate agents, unless you want to lose your deposit.... Read more
