Working with Nash genuinely felt like a partnership whereby we were on the same side. This is of course how it should be but hasn’t been my experience from prior house moves and working with different agents whereby I always felt they were acting solely in their own interests and I always felt suspicious and uneasy. Through the entire process from listing to completion, no one was more proactive in chasing buyers, sellers, agents and solicitors than Nash themselves. In the end I found myself calling Nash rather than my solicitor for updates (and I had a great solicitor)! All their agents are genuinely lovely people, always happy to speak at length and would hit the right balance in contacting me to give frequent informative updates without pestering. My husband and I cannot recommend Nash Partnerships enough. We purchased through them, and only wish we had sold through them too. Tracey, the Office Manager went over and beyond to help us get the sale and purchase through as quickly as possible (she kept in touch with our solicitor pretty much every other day, so believe she did the same with the rest of the chain). We actually turned to Tracey when we couldn't get answers from other sources and I honestly believe that without her assistance it wouldn't have progressed as quickly as it did; nor would I have coped as well with the stress of moving! With the wide choice of agents in Berkhamsted, we would only ever recommend Nash, and whilst I hope moving again is years away - without doubt it will be Nash we choose next time.
