It was more complicated than some due to probate but Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward supported us through the process and kept all parties up to date and "on side". I would like to make a special mention of Emma who was a great calming influence and helped enormously with the photos.

The viewing of the property was timely and properly conducted and they were able to provide answers and clarification to my questions. Autumn and Emma were superb in getting my agreement signed and provided me with a complete itinerary of the new place. I am happy with their services and I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a house to rent in London.

20th Aug 2024 (29 days ago)I had a truly awful experience with Foxtons Real Estate Agency last week, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers was shocking. After completing the full payment for a property we were excited to move into, Foxtons informed us just one week before our scheduled move-in date that we couldn’t move in. The reason they gave was vague and completely unnecessary, leaving us scrambling to make alternative arrangements at the last minute. This caused significant stress and disruption to our lives, all of which could have been avoided if Foxtons had acted with even a shred of professionalism. On top of this, their customer service was abysmal. The staff we dealt with were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping us resolve the situation. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they were condescending and unhelpful. It was clear that once they had our money, they couldn’t care less about the service they provided or the impact their actions had on us. I strongly advise anyone considering Foxtons to think twice before dealing with them. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and careless handling of our situation was beyond unacceptable. I will never use their services again and would encourage others to avoid them at all costs.

Dan provided excellent feedback on how best to market my flat and made the correct call on the valuation that would ensure a speedy sale (very important when your flat is vacant and you are paying a mortgage). Adam the sales manager has kept me informed throughout the sticky process of selling a leasehold and got it all over the line as soon as we were all ready to exchange. I have no hesitation in recommending Ralph James to any buyers or sellers out there … they stand out amongst a sea of other estate agents in the area!
