update: MY REVIEW KEEPS ON BEING CANCELLED.What a bunch of clowns. After I’ve been renting a property for 3 months they just keep ignoring my emails about fixing a leak that it’s been ongoing from before we moved in( they only told me after I signed the contract and said it was fixed). I’m living in a dump with mould that I have to clean every week. No worries guys once you sign a contract they will just make sure you can’t contact them again. On top of it they have agreed to reduce the rent of £100 per month but to my surprise the arrears team is chasing me up every 2 weeks saying I have overdue payments of £200 since September.I have called the branch countless times about this mistake and the arrears team as well forwarding emails where I confirm the agreement only to receive another letter last week saying they have suggested the landlord to seek legal advice and that my payment is way overdue(Please stay away from these people nobody knows how to do the job honestly).
My friend and I had a great pleasure to work with Eden to find a flat for ourselves. He was very pleasant, informative and helpful in the process. Finding a flat in London is not easy so it really helps to have someone with a big smile and good energy to help you navigate through the process. Eden was all that- thanks again for the help!
Nathalie Navasothy is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in estate agency! Everything she has said/done has been wrong from the start.
1.) Breaching data protection, by adding my flat mate into our email conversation which had my banks statements on!!!
2.) Saying the flat was fully furnished, which it wasn't.
3.) Getting the offer wrong on the offer form
4.) The old tenants are moving out on the Friday, so we can move in first thing on Saturday, that was wrong! Tenants are moving out on the Saturday so we have to wait.
Being the assistant manager, you think she could provide a better service, I would seriously avoid.

I bought a flat in the summer through KFH West Wickham branch.
Dealt with Lindsay at the beginning and carried on with Laura.
They provide a highly professional service that made the process really straightforward from the beginning to the end.
The girls in the office are all very professional and smiley all the time, they are a pleasure to deal with.
As stressful as buying a house can be they are with you all the way giving you suggestions and support.
I will use the branch again in the future and I highly recommend their service .
They also suggested me to use one of their solicitor who was so efficient and helpful that I decided to use the same for another purchase.
Many people are uncomfortable to leave a negative review with their names, however, our experience was so dreadful with this unprofessional agency that we would like to share it with others. The property we've recently bought was solely marketed by this agency so we didn't have a choice but to try and work with them. However, the whole office is unbelievably incompetent. First of all, your private details are handled carelessly resulting in us gaining regular access to their other clients' private data (both vendors and buyers) both via e-mail and postal letters. Think carelessly copied in e-mails from other clients, postal letters addressed to other clients attached to ours in the same envelope. Once could be a mistake but this happening numerous times via both methods raises serious concerns.
Second, as we already had our mortgage sorted and our chain was very short and all freehold we requested the exchange date to be within 9 weeks from acceptance of offer (this is a perfectly acceptable amount of time) so we could avoid paying another 2.5 months of rental fee unnecessarily. Vanessa claimed that our request is impossible and set up the exchange date 10 weeks after the offer got accepted. Ironically, about 10 days before their chosen exchange date they started to harass us to exchange asap as everyone in the chain was apparently ready to sign immediately. When we refused to bring the dates ahead due to them being ignorant about our needs earlier we've been put under incredible and completely unnecessary pressure with their constant calls, e-mails (even to our solicitor to convince us!!) pushy attitude and agressive tactics. To the point, that I had to switch phone numbers for a week to avoid repeating ourselves the 10th time about our refusal of a last minute change of the date that they forced on us in the first place. And to the point that we got very close to pulling out of the whole purchase just to get rid of this horrible agency. No doubt, had we found another suitable property at that point we would have pulled out without thinking twice.
Thirdly, despite all the stress they caused to try and bring the exchange date earlier last minute "due to everyone was ready", guess what.. on the named exchange day the exchange had to be cancelled due to the rest of the chain not even being ready with their paperwork. It's a wonder that the purchase actually happened in the end.
Ayden and Julie from Bairstow Eve in Purley worked vey hard to find my tenant in very short period. Both extremly polite, I higly recommend Landlords to use them. Well done Ayden and Julie thank you very much for your help
Just recently let a property through Bairstow Eves. Ignas was the letting agent. I fond him an excellent negotiator. He secured a discount on fess and on the monthly rent of the property for me. Ignas was very professional throughout our dealings and a credit to this agent.
Only experience I had that could have being better is being told there was issue with my wife's visa and then it was ok again. This caused my family huge stress at the last minute. This should have being advised earlier in the letting process and should have being researched properly. With that said things happen and bairstow eves resolved this quickly and efficently and am very happy now.
My husband and I wish to thank Charlie at Foxtons. From the start of our new home search to the move in day he was extremely devoted towards our mission. The first home we viewed on his recommendation we successfully moved into. We appreciate his time and energy towards ensuring we found an excellent home and ensuring all admin was completed in less than a week. We will be honoured to share his time and wisdom in the future.
I would give it half a star if I could. Team were very friendly, but that was it. The service was disgraceful. At the time my partner and I were desperate to find a house to rent within a certain amount of time and we were assured that Foxtons would be able to find us a place with no problems.
The person that dealt with our case was quite young, inexperienced and unprofessional. We viewed a property that we were interested in and was asked to bring along documents and forms of ID so we could quickly get the ball rolling. After viewing the property our host was kind enough to drive us back to Foxtons so we could fill out forms. Throughout our journey she none stop talked about personal problems which I found unprofessional, alongside that she was constantly beeping her horn at other drivers.
Before we got to the estate agents she told us there would be no point in us filling the forms out and we didn't need to show her our documents which we found strange. She told us that Foxtons would be in contact with us the next day regarding the property we were interested in. We didn't get a call at all within that week; everytime I called Foxtons no one knew about our case. We managed to find a place at the very last minute with Acorn. They were fabulous. The following week I got a call from Foxtons asking if we found a property and that they would gladly be of service to us if we were interested in buying or renting. I was very annoyed as they didn't do anything at all. I would never go with Foxtons again.

Rubbish. Estate agents don't have a good name generally and this company does nothing to change that perception.
