One of the worst lettings agency. Property management is as bad as you can ever imagined - Unprofessional, lying. I rented a property from them and they haven't even cleaned the flat when I am moving-in. Inventory check hasn't happened. Flooring is plastered to cover the rot and boiler is broken. Had been chasing up the property management to fix the issues and they never respond. Heavily frustrating and fed up with their non-service. Never recommend this lettings agency to any one.
Amazing service received by Danny, sold our house in Waddon/Croydon in 2 weeks, (first open house). We have been on the market for 6 month with 3 other local agents previously. They are worth every penny.
Do NOT use these agents!! They lack integrity, professionalism, communication and managerial skills, the list goes on. I lodged a complaint with these amateurs and it hasn't been resolved to my liking, and believe me, I had grounds for complaining.
They don't return calls, their emails are flooded with grammatical errors, they can't pass a message on to their employees. You really have to chase them up. Their mission statement reads, "“To be the most professional, caring and expert estate agent our clients, our community and the public come into contact with, whilst still ensuring that our commitment to staff training and innovation remains second to none enabling every client to have a smooth and stress free move.” What a load of flannel! Some clients may have had a better experience with Streets Ahead, but mine has been a complete nightmare.
The Lettings managers, George Potter and Daniel Woods both refuse to respond to my calls. Highly unprofessional and cowardly. A severe lack of attention to detail is plenty evident in their correspondence. Just an utter shambles if I'm very honest.
For those who have had a positive experience, count yourselves lucky because as far as I'm concerned these guys are complete cowboys. Unethical, unfair and unprofessional
I should like to single out Luarna Sasso-Wiggins, Property Manager, Residential Lettings with the Bromley branch of Countrywide. She is the property manager for the flat that I let through the East Croydon branch of Bairstow Eves.
I remain extremely impressed by her professional and dedicated approach in her dealings with me and with the tenants, and I feel that both parties are more than happy with the service that she provides. She is clearly on top of her game, and I consider myself very fortunate that she is overseeing the letting of my property..
In conjunction with the manager and staff of Bairstow Eves, I know that my property is in exceptionally competent and caring hands.
I am leaving 1 star and that is for Maxine Apps-she is their jewel in the crown and worth her weight in gold. I would giver her 14/10!!
So far the rest of my experience has been pretty poor it shouldn't be because I think they are fairly well set up but their communication skills are so poor that I find myself chasing and chasing. It's so frustrating and a total waste of my time and money. I have had contact from the lady who will manage things moving forward and she sounds very hopeful (fingers crossed) but at this stage I wouldn't recommend Bairstow Eves which is a shame because all they needed to do was give me a call and not ignore my emails.
Frost have been everything we could expect of an Estate Agent and more. Personal and professional service with real solid feed back and performance throughout the sale process. From start to finish we are very pleased with the way Frost have handled the sale of our house.
At the end of our tennancy we have had the house cleaned by company called Clean Culture Property Services Ltd which was recommended by Frost.
After they have checked the house over thwy said in the check out that there were cobwebs and carpets were dirty (which has been paid for to be done). We have been trying to explain that we have paid for professional cleaning of the house by a comoany that has been recommended by them but they rellied that they didnt have any problems with them in the past and there is nothing that can be done.
So we have spent £360 on end of tennancy cleaning and also have been charged extra £180 for cleaning the carpets becaus the company didnt do a good enough job.
Really bad customer service, Avoid!!!!
