The house we purchased was introduced to us from Cray & Norton and I believe it wasn't even on the market yet, they gave us the first viewing. Im so grateful to all the Staff there.They were so helpful during the purchase process and understood our needs from day one. After a few bad experiences with other agents, George made us feel immediately comfortable, as if no ask was too unreasonable, and really helped us decide what we were looking for. He always made time for us to see properties when it suited us, and always kept his eye out for anything we might be interested in. To top it off, he was just an incredibly friendly, supportive guy. He always goes out of his way to check in for updates on my mother's situation and makes sure I’m supported every step of the way, often offering further help without even being asked. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, reliability, and such a personable approach so effortlessly. A huge credit to the company, and yes, an added bonus that he’s very easy on the eye too. Outstanding service all round
