Matthew from Livin Estate Agents had been absolutely incredible in getting my late Fathers property over the line in Thornton Heath !
We were also listed with another agent (local corporate) and Matthew managed to get more than the local corporate agent,
and negotiated the sale all the way to completion in 8 weeks !
He is a fantastic agent, highly knowledgeable, eager, full of enthusiasm and extremely driven every step of the way.

Both Leon and Jason were amazing all through our selling process. They had to overcome our first buyer pulling out and finding a second in a very difficult market in South London. Nothing phased them, they filled us with confidence every step of the way and made sure we got things done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Very happy with the end result.
