Very poor customer service. Did not clean the flats before the new tenants occupied it. A very rude company. Letting flats out when they’re not fit for human habitation - With mould and no CO2 alarm and functioning Smoke detectors.

Newman lettings absolutely appalling enquired about a lettings property told I would get a callback. Once they knew when they were able to look at viewing dates for the property didn’t hear anything. Phoned up, got told that they’ve got up to 12 people viewing a property so anyway, most likely no point viewing that all because they didn’t actually chase up absolutely appalling

When your canvassers damage my property and don't have the common courtesy of informing me, why would anyone trust your company to respect their property.
Out of the 50 or so companies that come up on Google when you search property valuations, you should choose one of the alternatives.

After chasing for a price for over a week for a property for sale. Why put a board up if you don't know the selling price.
Leaving a message to get a call back also. No callback.
Then finding out property has sold as soon it went live. Really ??? I spoke to office 4 times last week with no info.
Mind you what should I expect. This is my second time trying to deal with this company.
Totally disappointed.

Awful service, poor customer interaction. I made an enquiry to purchase a property called 2 days and every time they be rude and unhelpful. Only use if no one else can help you.
