I currently rent a property through NFJ and have nothing but praise for the correspondance and contact I have had throughout the letting. The couple of issues I have had with the property have been sorted swiftly and professionally. I highly recommend the professionalism and courtesy, I receive from NFJ, in particular from Andy, who deals with queries promptly.

Be very careful, do not use this agency. Terrible contact. There were stranger poeple entering the apartment with the keys provided from the agent without our knowledge. They scared me to death. Make sure you are taking pictures of every squere inch of the house as the NFJ agents will try to take as much money as thay can from you! Stay away! There are much better agencies around.

Terrible agency! Stay away. They are marking everything as in good condition then at the end they try to charge you for every single mark in the apartment even for the things that were damage on the check in. Do not use their service!

Fantastic communication and follow up from Nick and the team at NFJ. We used them to sell our home and they made what could have been a stressful experience very easy and smooth.

NFJ took care of my purchase of an apartment in Swindon. I had originally selected one property but NFJ soon discovered that it only had a very short lease to run and was therefore not suitable for my requirements.
NFJ completed the transaction very professionally and kept me constantly informed as to how the various stages of the purchase were progressing. There were no delays and the completion date was as planned. NFJ's staff were very friendly and helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Following the purchase of the apartment NFJ very quickly and efficiently arranged for it to be let.

Was helping my son look for a suitable flat in Old Town back in June and found what he wanted through NFJ. Andy the letting agent was amazingly helpful and after getting my son moved in July, NFJ have proved to be helpful with minor things like letting the utility companies know the change of tenant etc. We had a number of questions before my son moved in which Andy was always on hand to answer by email or text which was very helpful. More recently, my son has had a couple of minor problems within the flat regarding plumbing and a broken window but that is being handled by NFJ who will arrange for the necessary repairs to be undertaken. The biggest problem was the disposal of other tenants household rubbish before the allotted day of Tuesday evening and some awful fly tipping right outside my son's bedroom, bathroom and kitchen windows! This included blue bags, a pink suitcase and 4 recycling boxes! Whilst the landlord is going through planning to get a bin store installed away from the building, people are being extremely inconsiderate to the point where I was forced to take photos and send them to Andy who turned out to be on holiday! He was generous enough to reply immediately confirming the rubbish would be disposed of in next few days and that hopefully a bin store would be constructed soon once planning permission granted. To my surprise, by the same afternoon, the rubbish had been collected despite the council's policy on fly tipping rubbish not being collected. Result! Thanks Andy. To date, we have been very happy with the quality of the apartment, the service received from NFJ and their ability to get any problems resolved as quickly as possible. Thanks again Andy and to NFJ and all its staff.

I completely agree with a previous poster, everything was fine during tenancy, including regular 6 monthly inspections. But at the final inspection Nick was 30 minutes late and then spent over an hour trying to encourage the Landlord into being overly critical of any wear and tear on what was already an old farmhouse in need of maintenance. Nick was also rude to the point where I couldn't be in the property and my partner had to deal with him. When inquiring as to why our deposit was late it took 3 attempts in phoning and emailing to get a response and I was told more money than we expected would be taken from our deposit, despite the verbal and written agreement we made with the Landlord and Nick during hand over.

Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the negative reviews others have already left are a very accurate account of the experience my housemates and I endured. A slack approach to repairs was prevalent during our association with this agent and it was only when we were leaving that problems we were consistently chasing up were resolved. There is also the outrageous charges that the private contractor they insist on using will subtract from the deposit for works which are not entirely reasonable. I would neither recommend nor return to the services NFJ are offering.

What a great service provided by these guys - I was undecided as to whether to sell or rent an investment property - renting made a lot of sense but I couldn't be bothered with all the admin and hassle - Then I found NFJ - they took all of the worries away. They manage the property, look after the various obligatory certifications and keep on top of the new legislation which is coming along (and believe me there is a lot of things that most of us aren't really aware of)... oh and of course find great tenants when you need them! Wonderfully friendly and proactive. If you need a property management company in the Swindon area then look no further.

Needed to rent in Swindon at very short notice. NFJ were brilliant finding me a quality place very quickly. They sorted out the admin and I had the keys a couple of days before I expected. Leaving the place at the end of the tenancy was also totally painless. If only they were all like that.
