I met Izzy Russ several months ago when I just came to the UK.I never knew looking for flats to rent was so hard ,but Izzy never stopped booking viewings until I got the perfect flat..All this was what I wanted...if it wasnt for Izzy and Chloe...I would still be living in shared accommodation. I am assured each time I worry about something and I'm always told they are a phone call away.The constant emails and calls to check if I'm adjusting are overwhelming and appreciated. I Recommended Chloe and Izzy to my co worker who had been struggling to find house to rent and within a week Chloe found what he had been looking for.The atmosphere in the office is warm..everyone knows who I am when I call,and I'm assisted in whatever way I need even if it wasn't from the person I had initially called to speak with.This team is professional, understanding, dedicated and supportive..I am happy the day I called connells old Town office.... Was told they couldn't help in person either as they were out on calls (did not need to speak to anyone specific). Told we would get a call back. Never did. Tried phoning again, didn't answer.
