I met Izzy Russ several months ago when I just came to the UK.I never knew looking for flats to rent was so hard ,but Izzy never stopped booking viewings until I got the perfect flat..All this was what I wanted...if it wasnt for Izzy and Chloe...I would still be living in shared accommodation. I am assured each time I worry about something and I'm always told they are a phone call away.The constant emails and calls to check if I'm adjusting are overwhelming and appreciated. I Recommended Chloe and Izzy to my co worker who had been struggling to find house to rent and within a week Chloe found what he had been looking for.The atmosphere in the office is warm..everyone knows who I am when I call,and I'm assisted in whatever way I need even if it wasn't from the person I had initially called to speak with.This team is professional, understanding, dedicated and supportive..I am happy the day I called connells old Town office.

Was told they couldn't help in person either as they were out on calls (did not need to speak to anyone specific). Told we would get a call back. Never did. Tried phoning again, didn't answer. Just awful customer service.

I had a Connells mortgage advisor called Ray Wallace, he was absolutely AMAZING!! it was such a stressful time but Ray calmed me down, he helped with everything, I wasn't a number but a human being, he made the whole process so much easier for us, I absolutely highly recommend this company!!

All we have had since dealing with Connells Swindon Old town is supportive and going above and beyond. We were dealing directly with Renee Mcrea who went out of her way to ensure that the process of finding new tenants was as easy as possible. Renee replied to every email as soon as she could, she was on call when needed and was professional in every way possible. Connells have advertised an Administrative role 3 times. Twice I have applied. The first time I was told I gave a great interview, I had a second interview with them to be told I would hear back in a few days. I never did. A couple of months later I saw the same role come up again, so I applied. I was offered a telephone interview. I was told it went well, I said thank you, this is my second time applying and my third interview with you. A few days later they rejected my application. Now, 3 months on and the role is re-advertised a third time! Apparently there's a labour shortage but companies are pulling this?

I have recently rented a property off connells in old town . Jade Cox and the other girls in the estate agent made the whole renting experience absolutely painless, they even helped me with the on line forms in the shop, as I had no computer access. All in all, from when the offer on the property was made to the time I was given the keys was done very professionally and always with a smile. I found Connells an excellent firm to deal with, always very friendly and very helpful . I would recommend them to anyone.

Jade has been very helpful.
When my tenants lost electricity on a Friday at the start of a bank holiday weekend she stayed after hours at my property waiting for the emergency electrician and stayed until the problem was resolved. Full marks to Jade for her professionalism. Jade and her manager Shannon have always been there for any problem or I can definitely recommend Connells

If I could leave zero stars I would. After 7 weeks after moving out of our rental deposit we still have not had our deposit refunded or a portion of last months rent after we moved out refunded. I have made formal complaints to Connells and had very little communication from them in regards to this. With the cost of living crisis facing everyone at the moment I find it shocking that they would put customers who paid rent on time every month and cared for the property like their own through this. If we ever look at renting a property again or even when we come to buy a house, I am extremely put off using Connells

Connells recommended a company of conveyancing solicitors called Kirkstall conveyancing lawyers. When I bought my flat, the conveyancing took two months. When I came to sell it, the conveyancing took NINE MONTHS!!! I know things were complicated somewhat by Covid but NINE months? Really!!? I would not recommend Connells or Kirkstall lawyers to anyone

I recently bought a house using Connells Estate Agents, despite the difficulties cause by Covid restrictions the Agent managed to take effort and took me through the whole journey with their good communication skills from everyone who was involved. I would defintely recommend Connells if you are looking for a property to buy. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because in the end I bought a property advertised with another state agent and so I cannot speak of the part I haven't experienced with them.
Connells manage a great deal of good properties and I wasn't disappointed with any of them. Pictures and descriptions were accurate and faithful and the viewings were organised properly and with no surprises.
I want to specially mention Alice Fairclough from the Swindon-OldTown branch. She showed us most of the properties and was always very professional, diligent, patient and kind. We had no issue with any of the appointments she organised for us and she provided everything we needed. It's also worth mentioning that we did all the viewings during Covid-19 and she made us feel very safe and comfortable with all the measures she put in place.

What a great company, initially sceptical about dealing with a large estate agents, well.. I shouldn't have, all friendly, full of great advise, I was looking for shared ownership mortgage, refused by one large group as my figures were not suitable, until Alicia from connells ran the figures through and got me accepted, they have a good skillset in the property market and mortgage market combined, we have signed up with them, paid the fee, which is for life, so if we move again, we will get all the same help from connells, definitely recommend, 10/10.

Called the agency and they offered to have a viewing for the property instantly. They sent Matthew to show us the property. We loved it and from there Matthew made sure we got it. We had already had two Estate Agents and neither sold our property. Then along came Connells. All the staff were excellent, particular thanks to Molly who genuinely seemed so enthusiastic to be selling our home . The brochure was by far the best of any of the Estate Agents we used. Our buyer told us on one of his viewings that he hadn't intended to view our property but had been convinced by Molly to take a look and that he was so pleased she had done. When things were going a bit slowly during the sales process Connells were always on hand to chase up the solicitors and Sarah kept on top of everything. Would definitely recommend Connells for their enthusiasm and passion whilst selling our house.
