Had a fantastic experience from the lettings team. Appt on a Friday, tenant by Saturday and occupied within the week.
Chloe and Izzy couldn't have been more helpful, pushed all the relevant regulations through with no hassle for myself.

Chloe and Izzy, Lettings, have treated our rental like their own. It's had issues and they have really gone the extra mile and made things happen including redecoration, cleaning etc. I live abroad so I rely totally on them and I know the apartment couldn't be in more capable caring hands.

My property was with a different estate agency and we were not going anywhere in finding tenants for quite sometime. So Chole called me and within 2 days she found tenants. she was very quick and provided very professional service. In Chole absence Lizzy was helping with email reply and follow up.

I met Izzy Russ several months ago when I just came to the UK.I never knew looking for flats to rent was so hard ,but Izzy never stopped booking viewings until I got the perfect flat..All this was what I wanted...if it wasnt for Izzy and Chloe...I would still be living in shared accommodation. I am assured each time I worry about something and I'm always told they are a phone call away.The constant emails and calls to check if I'm adjusting are overwhelming and appreciated. I Recommended Chloe and Izzy to my co worker who had been struggling to find house to rent and within a week Chloe found what he had been looking for.The atmosphere in the office is warm..everyone knows who I am when I call,and I'm assisted in whatever way I need even if it wasn't from the person I had initially called to speak with.This team is professional, understanding, dedicated and supportive..I am happy the day I called connells old Town office.

We were not able to speak to anyone on the phone, so thought we would pop in in person. Was told they couldn't help in person either as they were out on calls (did not need to speak to anyone specific). Told we would get a call back. Never did. Tried phoning again, didn't answer. Just awful customer service.

I had a Connells mortgage advisor called Ray Wallace, he was absolutely AMAZING!! it was such a stressful time but Ray calmed me down, he helped with everything, I wasn't a number but a human being, he made the whole process so much easier for us, I absolutely highly recommend this company!!

Looking for an Estate Agent to sell your house. These are the people. I want to say a special thank you to Michelle England. She sold another property at her last employer then moved to Connells. Gutted she left which is why I found out where she had gone to sell this property. She has been amazing and Daisy too. They answer queries out of hours, they chase solicitors. Cannot fault there correspondence and dedication. Truly deserve 10 stars not 5. Thank you ladies.
