Very disappointed, sharon was very judgemental on first time renting.young couple just starting out seven months pregnant in work due to go on maternity ,fiance always at work just started a new job with better income. Viewed a property that they realy liked but sharon mislead them she knew they was first time renters and partner just started a new job and still showed them around the property only to dash there hopes with excuses that they was first time renters and because your partner has just started a new job?? ??? Sharon even asked for a guarantor witch they didn't even need as both are 25 years old( they did have a guarantor) . If this Is this is your policy on not giving first time renters a start then please don't build there hopes up in showing properties. Very very disappointed. added to review after response ,im writing this on behalf of my daughter, would just like to add this review was written on how hopes was built up after given information on first time renting and fiancé starting a new job then wanted to charge more fees ???? Been to another estate agent and they have said how unfairly they have been treated .... Read more

We got to know Sharon when we put our house up for sale a couple of years ago but due to unforseen circumstances we were unable to continue, however recently we contacted her again to sell the house after a tenant not only pretty much destroyed the house but refused to pay rent too! He was evicted with advise from Sharon and a buyer found, again thanks to Sharon. Our house has now been sold and a great weight lifted from our shoulders! If you want professionalism, satisfaction and dedication then look no further than Sharon Norgrove, she is a lady that you can trust to get the job done. I am happy to call her my friend!... I have never met anybody so rude as the Manager of this office. The very young girl left in charge has far more manners that this person! So nice when viewing but could not even get my name right when emailing the owner and threw the keys at me when completed as I was obviously such an inconvienience. When moved in despite being custodian of the property there was so much rubbish left which is against contract and their responsibility to deal with. I would not even give one star but cannot rate without it!!!... Read more
