Quite unprofessional management, hardly can talk with them on the phone or emails and they want money upfront under the excuse is quite a desired home and too many people applied, contact them from different number and told me the property just been left by previous tenants and nobodg else applied just to make you apply for it, I will never use them

Unhelpful when called the office . Pdq was not mobile friendly and wouldn't send paper application. I have 6 months to pay upfront but didn't seem interested. Disappointing.

Very unresponsive in the management of our Apartment Complex.
They used to maintain the site and respond so much quicker to problems that occur. Broken promises, delays and ignoring emails from owners.

Disappointing , I put an offer in for 5 Burlington Close on the Monday , they couldn't contact the lady wife on Tuesday ( God forbid she was working ) ,
no effort to contact us by email.
I phoned on Wed to follow up , they said they had just come of the phone with her , they hadn't because they didn't even ask who I was !
Phoned back and told them this and was advised the property had gone.
To summarise , no contact to advise on response to our offer , lack of ability to use email or even txt to say they had alternative offer , couldn't be bothered to ask name of person querying property .

Very poor service and non existent communication. As I hadn’t heard anything from them for over NINE months regarding the apartment they were supposed to be selling, I emailed twice and eventually received a response - we are “actively marketing your property”!
No communication, no advice and they seem to think this is acceptable. I would avoid them - in a service industry with a poor reputation this firm has managed to lower the standard. Quite a feat!

I have tried to contact this company, In search for a 2 bedroom house, I found the company to be evasive and unhelpful, when I contacted Phipps and Pritchard's, they asked what hours I worked. Because I don't have any set hours, they refused to help and said it wasn't convenient for them. So if you have random working hours, this company will not help you.
