I honestly can't praise the help, guidance and ongoing support I had from Shipways property management during a very rare issue for any of the team to comprehend managing. The case was very complex in regards to getting the issue rectified immediately. It was a case of bats in the loft, a new boiler needed but laws having to be adeared to. Tom at property management was so supportive throughout the whole 2 month saga that comes with 'bat conservation' laws and a protective species. He was a constant throughout it all. Checking in, apologetic although it was an issue out of his, mine or the landlords hands. He bridged a gap between authorities outside of the usual duties, to make sure the situation was dealt with as soon as possible, for all parties involved.
