Dixons were great from start to finish. We were first time buyers and very anxious stepping into the unknown with buying our first house. The team supported us throughout and no question was a stupid question. When our first property wasn’t progressing, due to the sellers, they were straight on the phone as soon as they found a suitable alternative property which met our needs. We managed to view before it went on the market and had the offer accepted within a few days. I could not recommend Dixons any higher. Big thanks to Christine and the entire team for their continued support and help with buying our first home.

Laura, Ellissia, Christine and Lucy worked really hard for us and sold our house 3 times! We couldn’t fault their efforts and friendliness in what was a tough market and we finally got there! Never once thought about moving agents after a recommendation to go with Dixons Kidderminster! A very friendly and professional approach - being new to the process we were guided through every step of the way and they made viewings easy - thanks ladies ! ????

Through one of the most difficult house moves that we have ever had to endure the team at Dixons were a fantastic support throughout. They kept up informed (good and bad news) expeditiously and tried to push things along when there were delays. It took almost 22 months for us to finally move (non of that attributable to Dixons) but the support we received from Lucy and the team was invaluable. Lucy left shortly before we moved so she never saw it through to the end but the service continued seamlessly until we were all able to joke at the end when I finally handed over our keys. I cannot praise Dixons enough for their support

I recently had a valuation booked with Laura Harvey and I could not recommend her enough. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I wanted to achieve. She was not at all pushy, unlike some other estate agents, and she was not just there to make a commission. She cared about my end goal and helped me to achieve it. We’ve just bought our first house together with Dixons. Cannot fault the service and overall experience. The viewings with Ellisia were great and she was really friendly and helpful. The whole team at Dixons made the process of selling move along with ease. They were there to answer any question we had and also help out with leg work at the end of the sale as we had move out of the UK prior to the completion date. Highly recoment their services.
