We’ve just bought our first house together with Dixons. Cannot fault the service and overall experience. The viewings with Ellisia were great and she was really friendly and helpful. The whole team at Dixons made the process of selling move along with ease. Laura, Lucy and Jason at Dixons Kidderminster have been nothing but brilliant. Laura found us our perfect property after a few months of searching. We were kept in the loop every step of the way and found them so easy to contact to answer any questions.

It's taken me a moment to review, but our house sale completed through Dixons in Autumn 2022. We were initially selling through another estate agents and had a viewing with Dixons. They enquired hour our sale was going and were disappointed to hear our house hadn't had many viewings (the other estate agents tried saying eople just weren't interested) as they felt it was very saleable on the FTB/Rental markets. We agreed with our other estate agents to list with Dixons as well - and suddenly we had a load of interest drummed up. Within a month our house had had many viewings and was deep in the processes of sale, Any problems we encountered during the sale process were down to lenders and other estate agents in the chain. Dixons were communicative and approachable throughout

I can't thank Laura at Dixon's on Kidderminster enough!!After 18 months of searching,sales falling through I have finally bought my property.Nothing was too much trouble and all queries were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.Laura and the team kepte updated regularly and pulled out all the stops so I could exchange and complete within my time frame.
