Contacted these guys several times to view properties. I am cash buyer but they never got back to me. Understand if somtimes you miss a message but this on several properties now. So I dont bother looking at properties if listed by Connells.

First thing to point out is they managed my expectations resulting in the best price to go to market, Rob gave himself a deadline to get it sold in under 12 weeks, he managed to do it in half the time achieving 98.5% of asking price!
I think what helped is the photography & the video walk-through we so good I felt like keeping the house myself!! :D

Absolutely amazing customer service. Sam and Rob were both such a great help - understanding, patient and persistent and did everything they could to get my sale through. Sam went out of his way to get a very slow and unresponsive solicitor moving and was always professional, friendly and helpful and kept me updated! Thank you!

James was very efficient and professional. I had 2 viewings with him and he was always on time. He took time to show me the different properties he was never in a rush and would explain everything he knew about the property and the area. The whole process up until I got the keys to my new home was so smooth one with no hiccups. He frequently updated me on progress via emails and phone calls. I have already recommended James to my colleagues looking for properties to rent. I was also impressed with the rest of the Kidderminister office whenever James was not available in the office there was always a friendly person to assist. Well done Connells.
