I've been renting from northwood for just over a year now, since having a new property manager things have been fixed and sorted much quicker. They are always very helpful if ever rent is a day late or something happens where you must move the date.
I highly recommend Northwood to anyone I know looking for a property.

Recent tenant under Northwood, Shaun (as manager) tried his hardest and tried to fix the problems that we had, however a combination of a hard to contact landlord and multiple administrative issues unfortunately left us with a bad taste after dealing with them (for example it took a month and a half to fix a leaking sink through the ceiling).

Absolutely shocking service, rep was slimey and a con man
As for your reply , .
In your opinion ,the customer is always correct,so my review stands , you were the worst out of three to visit us and you were slimey and tried to rip us off
