DB Roberts (Tom Austin) have been superb at supporting me through the Sale of my property, having had problems with a buyer in the past, Tom has assured me that DB Roberts will provide me with the support I want and need. Tom keeps in touch on a regular basis, explains every behind decisions made and very professional, polite and reassuring. Thanks against for all your support, highly recommended.

Me and my partner are currently buying a house through DB Roberts and I can honestly say the team have been amazing. Sasha and Sue in particular have been more than helpful. They are a credit to the team. Nothing has been too much trouble. Every member of staff is very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk through the door. I would highly recommend Gareth the mortgage adviser who is based in their office. Through the process we have been required to scan over documents in which we did not have access to these facilities so the staff members kindly helped us with this also. If we were to sell our house I would definitely use DB Roberts.

Since I call them everything was in a flow. In less then 1 week I succeed to view some properties and to be accepted by the owner for buy the house. Sasha help me a lot with a lot of advices and guidance.
Now I just wait to finish the paperwork and to move into my new home.

If Emma is the example of DB Roberts Estate Agent support I certainly will never use this company in the future and I will ensure that I pass on my dissatisfaction with her approach and support to the higher end of the chain with all friends, family and work colleagues. Although I appreciate that I am not DB Roberts direct client, Emma from the start has not responded to my calls and been dismissive and rude whenever I have actually spoken to her. Rebecca normally answers the phone and is very polite and helpful in chasing the solicitors. Emma's response is "I have phoned them, what more do you want me to do" - my answer would be to find out exactly why contracts have not been exchanged with a day left until completion. It is selfish and does not support people higher up in the chain when removals companies need to be acquired etc. Purplebricks on the other hand (my estate agents) have done everything in their power to chase up the bottom of the chain, but can only deal with DB Roberts. I was eventually told to "stop phoning as I am not their client."
Update: Thank you for your response although it does not mention the rude way in which I was spoken to by Emma during our phone calls. With regard to your comment regarding Purplebricks not returning call I refute this accusation as they consistently phoned you whilst I was on the phone to them and were rebuffed numerous times.

Would highly recommend the friendly and helpful staff at DB Roberts, Wellington, particularly Sue (in the early part of my sale) who dealt with my recent long drawn out house move (nothing to do with the agents), they were nothing but professional and reassuring throughout, and were always available to talk to if needed. I'm finally happy and settled in my new home and would like to thank the staff for all their help.
