Sophie, Anthony and YourMove were INSTRUMENTAL in our house move process.
We used YourMove for selling our property which sold within days of being listed! Their services didn’t end there though, YourMove did everything and anything in their power to chase our buyers solicitors when all other parties in the chain were unable to do so and the buyers solicitor went radio silent.
Nothing was too much to ask of the team at YourMove and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to family and friends! They were worth every single penny ????

Worst agents ever. Originally told me there was no deposit required, also no references also and that i could move in on the departureof the previous tenant. Then put through to a company called Legal for landlords to go through loads of my personal information to be passed back to the letting agents who then want a £850 deposit and want me to pass a credit reference check or have a garentor when they fully well knew I didn't and would fail. Names were Zoe and Jenny. After failing the credit check which they knew I wouldn't pass I'm back to square one as a single parent of a 6 year old girl. I am now having to use social housing to try find us temporary accommodation due to the time scales. Thank you very much Yourmove Wellington. ???? Not the excellent service you claim to provide.

Five-star professional service.
From the moment that Tim arrived to do the valuation, I knew I was in good hands. Unlike other Estate Agents, he listened before offering his advice, then he outlined the costs accurately and ensured that I was happy with the whole process.
Next Jennie booked the viewings, she was happy to show potential buyers around when I wasn’t available. Then she promptly updated me with their feedback.
And finally Sophie helped me deal with the legal process, filling in forms with me, pushing the solicitors, and helping me to understand what was going on. Nothing was too much trouble.
Five weeks from publishing the listing to completion, what a team!

Your Move were great with taking our money when we were trying to get into our old rented accommodation but have been useless since we left for a new letting agent. It's been 3 months since we left them and I've yet to hear about my deposit and every time I've tried to contact them, the people I need to speak to are conveniently unavailable and don't bother contacting me back. The landlord, Wayne, was an absolute joke, tried to make me take out a government grant to replace his boiler and now is asking for us to pay for things we never touched during our tenancy which were stated as untested on the contract, these things we had to to keep in storage for him, as the house was listed as unfurnished. If you are happy with people taking you're money and being useless when you need help, by all means go with them but I do not recommend Your Move one bit.

Disappointing and underwhelming estate agent despite a very good salesman pressuring us into high pricing of our home.
Tim is an excellent sales person and I'm ashamed to say I let him manipulate myself and my wife. He pushed us to market our house at a price we were uncomfortable with and subsequently had to drop twice in order to secure an offer. (Surprise surprise, the price was dropped to a level we suggested during our initial chats)
Poor communication from the company in general, having to chase them for feedback from viewings and chase them to drop the price when nothing was happening. This did improve after we complained but that's typical reactive service rather than the proactive service promised.
Very pushy now we are SSTC and not giving us any breathing room despite making it abundantly clear we are struggling to find our onward move home. Pushing for various solicitors fees through their partner company which is considerably overpriced compared to most solicitors.
Yourmove were by far the most expensive agent we had valuations for and we were fooled into thinking they would be a safe bet.
I cannot recommend them based on our experience.
Update: £175 fine for parking in their carpark despite Tim stating it was safe to do so and offering to fight the ticket for us - evidently he did nothing about the ticket and it's shot from £90 to £175.

I've moved around a lot in the past, and used many different estate agents, but Tom at Your Move Wellington has been the best I've come across and I'm incredibly impressed and grateful for his professionalism, friendliness, willingness to help and to go the extra mile, and his experience and clear passion for what he does.
I'm kept in the loop on everything, had an amazing recommendation for their in house mortgage advisor James (who has also been a godsend) and at every point Ive felt very well informed, included, and looked after. James has gone well beyond expectations, guiding me through the ins and outs of mortgages, explaining everything to me, and getting me the best possible outcome in terms of a mortgage!
Special mention to Tim and Sophie, who, though I haven't dealt with them directly, have always been friendly, helpful and engaging when they've answered my call and passed me through to Tom or James!

Recently used Your Move for the sale of my house in Telford. Tim Drake came and valued the house and gave me all the information I needed. I felt like the price we were going for was ambitious but he insisted that him and his team could achieve the price he suggested and he was true to his word my house sold for the value he advised. The team at Your Move Wellington were always happy to keep me up to date with bookings and offers and always made time to take my call. Special mention for Thomas Austin who I seemed to deal with the most, he was extremely patient with all the questions I had to ask.
Hopefully it will be a long time now before I move again but I wouldn't hesitate to use Your Move Wellington again in the future!

What can i say...EXCELLENT service!!
Had Joe, the lettings manager come round my property to give me a rental valuation.
He was fair, very straight talking and showed me comparable to prove his figure. His dedication and professionalism was more than we could have asked for.
Victoria, she helped with the viewings and choosing the tenants - we are now having our property rented out at the max value to an exceptional tenant thanks to all their hard work.
We have had bad previous experience with other agents, tenants pulling out and us having an empty property for months.
Thankyou guys - its a no brainier who to let your property with these guys!

THEY ARE A DISASTER!
I used YourMove for a tenant find service and they could not have found me worse tenants if they had tried! The tenants were rude, late on their rent and disrespectful to my property. I had to chase various people at YourMove multiple times to get any sort of a response. When I tried to escalate issues up to the Branch Manager it seems that they couldn't care less.
The agent would talk your ear off at a million miles an hour, promising everything under the sun and delivering nothing. I cannot describe what a horrendous state my property was left in and now, worryingly, getting the deposit back is in the very incapable hands of YourMove.
I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using them to think twice. There are far far better estate agents in the area for more reasonable prices.

Sophie took over our account and called daily to give me updates and even chased the sellers on our behalf on her days off. I couldn't of asked for more.
Hopefully we don't need to buy another house soon but if I do we will be using Your Move Wellington!

After buying our current house 17 years ago from Your Move we decided to sell with a different agent and what a mistake that was. Complete waste of time and we soon changed to Your Move. What a different service we received! Weekly updates and emails, all staff extremely pleasant and polite and only too willing to help. Communication has been spot on all the way through and I cannot find any reason to fault them, the service really has been first class by everyone. I must mention the lovely Tom. Tom is the most enthusiastic, hard working and caring person I have come across. He genuinely wants to help and clearly loves his job and goes above and beyond everyday. Many times he put my mind at ease when I rang him in a panic. He is an asset to Your Move.
We also used the services of Your Moves financial advisor, Clare Wootton. We would have been lost without her. Clare has been so patient with us and guided us through our options. She is professional, friendly and someone we knew we could trust to sort out finances out.
I cannot recommend Your Move and Clare Wootton enough. Keep up the good work guys.

Well what can I say, we started with a bad experience with an alternative agent. BUT then we met Tim the valuer at Your Move. What a genuinely lovely gentleman.
He held our hand through the journey. From our first phone call on the Monday, coming out to value, to getting the photographer in (who is very lovely and takes the best photos and 360 videos ever thank you Adam) to been put live on the market in that same week on the Friday!!!! Wow how quick!!
Tim sets up a whats app group between all vendors and himself, and tells you he is always there. Well he was right! That was so much easier, in between work we had constant communication.
Then on the Saturday I had a call from the lovely Tom, to introduce himself and tell us that he was going to be trying everything he could to sell our property. He was so enthusiastic and just genuinely seemed to care about us and our property. We also had a great laugh and chat every time we spoke, just made the whole experience so lovely.
And then 7 days to the day, we have sold!!! We seriously can't thank you Tim, Adam and Tom enough, you run such a tight team, yet still don't loose the personal touches and genuinly care about us all the way through.

I have dealt with this office on 2 separate occasions, for my first purchase a few years ago and recently with regards to buying and selling, Tom was a great person to have around with selling our house and showing us around ones for us to buy, Tim was very clear and concise when he came round to help take details and put our house on the market, we had great photos and marketing and we had an offer in less than 1 month.
The branch manager Anthony was always available by phone or email and if he wasn't available he would get back straight away and listen to any queries or concerns I had.
With regards to the in house solicitor that was offered, I have reviewed them separately on their Google page.

Very slow and unprofessional. Occasionally the Wellington office helped but the maintenance side is a complete joke, never getting back to you even when you constantly chase them (8 weeks to fix outside tap) and other issues never got done one of which was a faulty boiler, the same goes for the head office. Getting deposit back has taken 2 months up till now. This company should change its name to “False Promise”

This company has gone downhill dramatically over the last year. They do not manage your property, are rude to you on the phone when you enquire about your property, slam the phone down, pass on cases to head office to different people who dont know your case so things get missed due to increased inconsistency. Our property has gone doen hill as did the relationship with the tenant due to Your Move only and now we are left with an empty property. Thankfully we can afford it but do not take the risk is my advice no matter how desperate. Fees are high and you end up managing it yourself.

Communication is the biggest issue.
I didn't trust what they said.
Viewings with buyers not turning up with weak reply & general progress chasing from branch .....
Felt lied to..... more than once.
Passing of information within the branch between staff members wasn't acceptable level. Overall too many part-time staff so service badly lacked continuity of care. Pogress chasing was frustrating. Nobody owned anything very lack luste attitude. Once past the level of service given at valuation stage(which was the reason we used them) i had no confidence in the branch being truthful. Which was horrible feeling.
