We used the Wellington branch - this review is about them NOT Harwoods as a whole! Great sales patter at the start - but that was it. Once the board went up they didn’t want to know. Even when the branch owner got involved he made promises that were not kept - weekly phone calls - didn’t happen, extra photos taken - didn’t happen, video tour - didn’t happen. It even took them a few weeks to take the listing down once we decided not to continue with them. Overall, a really bad experience and one agent I’ll shy away from in the future.... Read more
