We were buying a house and this did not go as smoothly as it possibly could have, although this was nothing to do with Oliver James. Ella was my point of contact and she was absolutely fabulous. She was either on hand to take my call or if she was out of the office Sally would be there to assist who was always equally as helpful. The sale did get a bit stressful and Ella always went above and beyond to chase the other parties for updates and answers to my questions. I cannot thank her enough - without her I don't think the sale would have gone through. When we went to pick the keys up I was handed a welcome pack which was such a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. This simple touch is both practical and very useful.
