I was impressed by their knowledge of property prices in the area, leading to a realistic valuation and quick sale. The property was marketed overnight. We had a number of buyers in the first week, several of which made offers. They kept me in touch at all times and were very friendly and helpful on the phone. The sale went through very smoothly.

Not one bit stressful!
I had been putting off moving house for months because the thought of selling and buying another property seemed too stressful. However after filling out a form on the HOME website for a valuation everything just fell into place. The efficient service, the friendly positive staff and the professional approach meant I had my house on the market, a buyer and an offer accepted on my new home in a matter of weeks. I can only thank the team at Home for that as without them I think I would definitely still be viewing houses! Kirsty has been looking after the chain and I am updated regularly with how things are going, no excuses or jargon, just a friendly call, message or email to let me know things are all on track, the communication is faultless. Yes the solicitors can be slow down and there can be the odd hiccup but having Home as my estate agents I know they are working for me and doing everything they can to complete, so there isn’t any need for me to get stressed. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
