A genuinely wonderful experience from both Chris and Jeanette- they are very competent in their work and know their industry well- nothing was too much trouble at any stage of the house sale. I also purchased my previous property from Chris Wilkinson back in 2014 and again, I hadn’t impeccable service! The team were excellent and I had no hesitation in using Chris to sell my house this time round. His years of expertise really shone through and with the portfolio of contacts that Chris has to hand, it made our house sale very quick and simple! Highly recommended!

Quite a frustrating experience. On one of our viewings in a house we were really interested in, we were rushed round and told we only had 5 minutes, even to the point where he was shouting in asking if we are done....this is a potential life changing decision for someone involving a lot of money...shouting 'are you done yet' was just infuriating.

The reason we were rushed is because he had another appointment to get too but that's his problem not ours, very unprofessional on his part.

At the end of it all, after getting a mortgage application approved and paying for searches to be carried out, they told us they have gone with a previous bidder instead...so we lost the money for the searches as they had already been carried out and have had to pay fresh for searches on another property we have put an offer on.

We personally avoid properties under Chris Wilkinson now.
Hoping every one else has a better experience than us.

Chris WIlkinson estate agents have been very helpful and supportive in the selling of our property. Chris is extremely friendly, honest and down to earth which is very admirable. Jeanette and Lisa are efficient and lovely ladies. We also used Abdul as our mortgage advisor, he was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and ensured that we understood everything to do with mortgages and the process i.e. porting, changing, fees etc. We could contact any of them at any point of the day and they were always extremely happy to help. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone selling in the Irlam, Eccles, Hollins Green, Cadishead, Glazebury, Culcheth and surrounding areas - he is great value and so are the mortgage services! Thank you Chris, Abdul, Jeanette and Lisa for a great service.

I wish I could give minus stars!! Tried for 3 weeks to arrange a viewing on different houses to no avail. When we finally got through we arranged 2 viewings. We then set off to the viewings (currently live 35 miles away) we missed a call from them and they left a message to say one of the houses had been let and they where confirming the second viewing, we called back to get an answer phone we arrived for the viewing. Noone was there or called back we waited for 15 minutes and noone turned up. Absolutely atrocious.
