Really good company felt comfortable discussing my options .Paul came to veiw and filmed and taken all pictures very proffesional ,so could not be better for myself the seller also the extended staff very friendly and polite and kept me informed all the way througb the process would gladly recommend to friends wishing to sell

I rented a flat from this company which was advertised as a smoke free flat. On viewing the property all windows were open and masks were worn due to covid 19 restrictions. Now that i have moved in I realised it stinks of smoke and a neighbour told me that the previous tenant smoked in it an was there for 40 years. I have a young child who suffers from asthma and third hand smoke is lethal for her health. Paul Birtles have refused to accept it stinks of smoke and refused to help resolved the situation. I offer to accept somewhere else which is smoke free but they have refused to accept this. Avoid this company at all costs.

We were Suppost to have acompanied viewings ,but agent did not turn up for some viewings when they said they would ,or weren't available when needed. They have said if you sell the house next year to someone that came from us you have to pay us.NO SALE NO FEE! don't appreciate being bullied.
