Sold a house via Irlam estates, Simon and Allan were fantastic after having the house on the market for months with another agent with hardly an enquiry, Irlam estates pulled out all the stops and got it sold in no time atall. Highly, highly recommend - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE ????????

Irlam Estates were amazing! Selling after 30 years is a daunting prospect but we were guided and supported through the whole process. Communication was brilliant, they always seemed to be available to help when we needed it.
With professional skills they showcased our house beautifully and brought the right buyers that meant we secured a sale very quickly! They are the best around if you want friendly, expert service and a quick sale.

From start to finish we had a great experience with Irlam estates. Simon came to value the property and he was professional and gave us lots of information. There was no rushing to make a decision either.
We had Allan who came to take pictures who again was professional and courteous.
Amy did all the show arounds and she was great! She always turned up early for the viewings and would then feedback to us straight away.
She then kept in contact once the house sold and any questions I had she would answer quickly. Even on her days off!!! Thank you guys!

Andrew Jones from Irlam estates has spent since 2023 assisting to sell my late father's home. He has been very supportive and understanding during this time. We were kept informed throughout and Irlam estates did a fantastic job of marketing, showing potential buyers round and ultimately the sale of our house in Boothstown. Nothing too much trouble for them and they went over and above to make sure to sale went through smoothly.
It was stress free and a pleasure to deal with them, we aren't planning to move again for a good while but when/if we do, we would be straight back to Irlam Estates
