From start to finish we had a great experience with Irlam estates. Simon came to value the property and he was professional and gave us lots of information. There was no rushing to make a decision either.
We had Allan who came to take pictures who again was professional and courteous.
Amy did all the show arounds and she was great! She always turned up early for the viewings and would then feedback to us straight away.
She then kept in contact once the house sold and any questions I had she would answer quickly. Even on her days off!!! Thank you guys!

We were kept informed throughout and Irlam estates did a fantastic job of marketing, showing potential buyers round and ultimately the sale of our house in Boothstown. Nothing too much trouble for them and they went over and above to make sure to sale went through smoothly.

Sold and purchased old and new home with Irlam Estates and we could not be happier. They took away all the stress of moving house. There were 5 people in our chain and there were times when the chain got complicated. Simon was calmness personified and took away any stress. I would highly recommend if you are selling in the Worsley, Monton, Eccles area. You will not regret using them.

Poorly managed, never respond to email queries through rightmove or their own website and the woman on the phone is exceptionally rude and dismissive.
I sent several requests via their website and rightmove for a property posted on that dayalmost a month ago and received no response. When I called the next day, I was told by the woman on the phone that the property was not available to view yet and that it might already be let, which seem at odds with each other considering the property was only posted yesterday.
I was told someone would contact me to arrange a viewing and the generic email response also stated this but here we are a month later and nothing.

Viewings were always arranged at convenient times. Allan kept the sale progressing and everything moving along, when their were issues with our survey with minor works that needed doing Allan referred quality, reliable tradespeople which quickly sorted it so it didn't hold up the sale.
