Approached by JGL for short letting on the Open Golf Championship at St Georges, absolutely terrible service, lack of communication and customer services diabolical to the point I cancelled the contract and pulled out, extremely arrogant and unprofessional.

Clearly dont want to sell the properties they advertise. Can only view Wednesday Thursday Friday between 10.30 and 2.30! I work full time.

I have used JGL from a sales perspective about 8 years ago and the service was first class. Therefore, when i wanted an agency to manage my property from a letting perspective I would not consider anyone else. And for good reason: they made the task totally undaunting. From finding a tenant, to all the necessary checks and legal compliance, to ongoing management. I can find no fault and cannot recommend them more highly. Thank you team JGL

Nothing was too difficult. We found the whole buying experience very professionally handled and they found the perfect house for us. We have recommended to family and friends and when we move we will definitely use this agency.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY
Wish it was possible to put zero star, but lucky for them the minimum is one.
After more than one year to complain about the many problems of this old house. The agency who should be a bridge between the tenants and the landlord ; didnt helped us when we left the house and now we are being ripped off our deposit money for a bit of grass in the garden, and overcharged for 2 old broken chairs.
We asked for help (as we went to live abroad and it is not easy to manage from there) and have been told to manage that with the deposit agency.
This has never happened in my life before, all thoses problems with a house and the agency who never seems to care.
For your own good do not go to them.
