Avoid, I contacted owl search to view a property in Milton Keynes. I was initially dealing with Diana who was helpful but they don't do weekend viewings or evening viewings, you either work around them or you don't get to see the property. I was then met by Hussain at this Milton Keynes property where I put down an offer and was told he will get back to me and also said that they will charge me £250 for a reference and if I fail it then they wont refund me. References only cost £17 to carry out and it is now made illegal to charge for referencing I then checked this guy out on LinkedIn, these guys are cowboys don't use them. I'm glad they didn't get back to me and I'm now dealing with more reputable estate agents who are local to me! 11th March 2020 I had a call from Hussian being very threatening because of the review above using bad language and threatened to hurt me if I didn't change my review and that he has my details. We have been trying to contact the agency as an emergency as our heating stopped working on Saturday 2pm. 100’s of calls and no one actually picked up the phone Until Monday 2pm. And a 1 year old in the house on a winter days. Very disappointing.... Read more
