Yes we would recommend Own Homes, all staff very helpful especially the lovey Natasha, she kept us up-to-date about everything that was going on, good and bad.
Moving is very stressful and you need a good agent to keep you sane and let you know your not alone.

After a very difficult conversation with steve the managing director about a situation that happened whilst living in a property who they manage. The compassion and respect he showed me was more than satisfactory. He has promised to help me moving forward with a good reference and once a property comes available they will contact me. He gave me very good advice which I'm acting on right away because more does need to be done to protect men from being left homeless following fleeing because of domestic abuse. It's very hard for men to get heard but Own Homes Stevenage are behind me and that feels good to have understanding and a compassionate people willing to go the extra mile. Thank you for taking the time to listen and be willing to help me. I hope soon you will be managing a property that I will let from you because I will feel safe ????

Fantastic service, from our initial enquiry to sale of our house the whole team at Own Homes were excellent. Our home was marketed quickly and had viewings within a week, we sold very quickly and were supported throughout the process. I have bought and sold many homes over the last 40 years and have experiences ranging from dreadful to just about adequate from the Estate agent used in each transaction.
However Own homes trumps them all…brilliant communication…nothing was too much trouble…the best Estate Agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with
