Own Homes recently let my house and I couldn't recommend them more. Their professionalism, service, attentiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail is more than I ever thought I'd get from them as letting agents. They put in effort with viewings and found a great tenant for my house. I'd advise any landlord going with them. There is a reason why they have the best Google reviews of any lettings agent in Stevenage!

I cannot recommend Own Homes highly enough. I rented a property through them for 8 years and I always found the whole team to be professional, friendly and quick to arrange any repairs that were needed over the years. Their professionalism is second to none, but what really makes their service stand out amongst other agents, is how friendly and caring the team are - as a tenant, I was exceptionally well looked after during my time under their management. Steve, Michelle and Keith are absolute superstars, as are the rest of the Own Homes Team!

We moved homes in March 2021 having sold two houses and purchased one. Ownhomes were crucial to the whole process as the logistics were not straight forward with one of the houses sold being a tenanted property; Steve, Mike and their team were there to help through every step of the journey. We were particularly impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise when a problem was encountered from a legal disagreement on the validity of original documents. Steve took on the mission to resolve the issue- leaving no stone unturned and a resolution was found. We are extremely grateful for his dedication- which kept our new home purchase from collapsing.

A special thanks goes to Steve whose years of experience and wealth of contacts made a stressful time much less so. You can't get service like this with an on-line outfit - you might think you are saving money, but the personal service goes a long way.

Own Homes were excellent start to finish. Buying and selling our home through lock-down was extremely stressful with many set backs but we felt completely supported the entire time and nothing was too much trouble. We mostly dealt with Steve and Tash who were both fantastic and restored my faith in estate agents after years of renting with terrible agencies. Own Homes were recommended to us through friends and family who have used them to buy and sell properties previously, they all spoke very highly of Own Homes and we are so glad we used them.
From the start the communication was fantastic and all the team extremely efficient. Nothing was ever to much for them. What really makes them stand out from the rest, is the fact that once our house was sold, they still continued to communicate with everyone in the chain. We never once had to chase them, If we asked or needed anything they ensured it was dealt with immediately.
We would 100% recommend Own Homes.
if we ever buy or sell a property again, we will be sure to go back to Own Homes.
