I have let my property with P&R Residential for a few years. I can say Rajan and the team are really good. They keep the landlord in mind and if there are any tenant related issues, that take the initiative and deal with it. If you are a portfolio landlord, I would highly recommend P&R Residential.

Rented a property for two years, can only recommend. The house was newly refurbished and it was very easy to communicate with the agency / landlord, they were also happy to adjust to my needs.

I rented a property through P&R Residential and the level of service I received was very professional. I'm extremely happy with my flat and my landlord. In particular, the staff at the agency were very helpful and friendly, especially Parvin who helped me through the process. I would definitely recommend P&R Residential to family and friends.
