Not a very good place to rent from always seem to have hidden rules & extra payments for a days late rent, would not recommened for first time renters. Would suit experienced renters if this is your first rental property then please take someone who knows all about renting & regulations etc. Otherwise they will catch you out sooner or later!... My daughter had some problems with her boyfriend she lived with it was all over money as he just lied he head off, they never claimed housing benefit etc so they got behind with the rent & me being guarantor I have had to pay the rent 5 months out of 6 the boyfriend totally ripped us off. But parkland where very helpful & understanding they even let me off with several late rent payments becuase I would not find out the rent was late until they called me so I have had to pay £2700.00 in rent as well as my own mortgage every month. Bit of advice don't be a garanrator even go your own children unless the housing benefit etc are all in place before they move in it's been a total nightmares for all of us!... Read more

I have bought and sold properties a few times in the past and last year I sold my then property in Chatham and purchased a property in Ramsgate through Parklands Estates (Ramsgate Branch). The service I received from Parkland Estates was first class, I was provided with a personal Sales Progressor for my purchase - this proved to be a god send! The sale of my property in Chatham was turbulent to say the least and if it wasn't for the Parklands Estates Sales Progressor, who pulled out all the stops to ensure the exchange and completion went ahead in a timely fashion, I am completely sure it would have been a different ending altogether.
