Mann, and Shannon in particular are a breath of fresh air when it comes to letting agents. Communicative and accurate and willing to go the extra mile to show you properties that might be suitable. They do not obstruct access to potential suitable properties due to having pets and will discuss your subjective circumstances first. It’s collaborative which is almost unheard of in the lettings world these days!
