I recently purchased a property that was being sold by YourMove Ramsgate, and cannot speak highly enough of the team there. Jamie Witney was a fantastic agent from start to finish - when it became clear that the solicitor firm I had hired were utterly incompetent he helped me to chase them tirelessly! He even ensured that his manager Matthew Walker was filled in on the situation when he went on leave for a couple of days. I honestly believe that without the support from Jamie and Matt I would not have my beautiful first house. Thanks guys!

We bought our house via YourMove and more specifically Sasha at the Ramsgate office. We initially spoke to Sasha early in our process and she quickly identified a house yet to come on to market and secured us a viewing. In some ways obviously the stars aligned and we fell in love with the house and offered quickly but I want to call out Sasha for her communication, engagement and support throughout.
In all honesty, I hate estate agents so it was refreshing to deal with a normal human who could hold a conversation and seemed genuinely vested in our search and positive result for all involved.

If I could give no stars I would. My experience of Your Moves Landlord management service has been abysmal.
An expensive waste of money as Your Move turns their back on you whenever problems arise, leaving landlords to deal with any issues, including emergencies, without any help or support. Although i have found a couple of staff members, Joe and Gemma, to be very helpful and polite, the others have been evasive, unhelpful, unsupportive in their actions, and at times i have experienced them as being outright rude.
I cannot in good conscious recommend Your Move Letting management service to any landlord as in my experience i have found it ineffective and has caused me nothing but grief.

Well what can I say, Gemma from the Ramsgate lettings branch quite literally saved us. After being served a section 21 notice straight after Christmas with a new baby, we had continuously been messed about by other estate agents. Gemma went above and beyond to secure us a lovely property after speaking with the landlord, she went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly and continued to check in and keep us updated and reassure us during such a stressful time. She even went out of her way to call me as she was finishing work to ensure I was ok, after a very distressing phonecall I had had prior to speaking to her from another estate agents. We have had the most stressful experience with Your Move Ramsgate. The staff have been rude, impatient and made the process of buying a nightmare. From start to finish the customer service has been terrible. Numerous times we have had threats made against us that the seller would be pulling out, and we were often belittled and patronised even though we were doing everything we could to get the deal moving. Buying a house is a stressful process and your move made this even more stressful than it should be. What makes it worst is that we did everything we could to get the deal over the line as requested by your move, but they did not have the keys waiting for us on completion and we are still waiting for some of the keys now. For comparison, we bought another property recently this year from the your move in Canterbury who were amazing and worked in a professional manner. The ramsgate branch seem to be a bunch of cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

As one very rarely sells your house you cannot be or feel anything but naïve about a choice of Estate Agents. Your Move were my second choice of Estate agents, the first company were very much sign now and all will be great! I was a little un-comfy. So Your Move called around, Joe took the time to chat about the road and some of the more difficult and demanding sales particularly one in my street. He was unusually knowledgeable about his trade and uses this knowledge very effectively. I realised that he had worked very hard to achieve a resolution on a hard to sell house. Your Move are a very effective as a team led by Matt and the resolute and friendly caring Sash, very little deflected them. They were wholly committed to the sale but maintained a level of principled professional behaviour not usually connected to Estate Agents. I do recommend them to both buyers and sellers alike.

I have just purchased a property that was listed with Your Move (so they are my seller's agent, not mine).
I can't emphasise enough how wonderful the team at the Ramsgate branch are. Every time I've needed to contact them they have been really friendly and very accommodating. The last few days have been a bit stressful as there were 6 properties in the chain so everyone needed to be ready to exchange at the same time. Amy has chased everyone up making sure all of the solicitors are doing what they should be doing in order for us to exchange. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay away from this estate agent.
I felt extremely judged the moment I walked in, staff are not welcoming at all but sarcastic. They were quick to give me a funny look when I had mentioned my age and when my partner had mentioned his occupation. I was attempting to find my first possible place to move out however the service we as offered was revolting. We were not told (especially me finding my first letting for the first time) how the referencing system to work and our other options. I felt very lost in this process and didn't fully understand the process, what was going to happen and what could. Never felt so uncomfortable and this isn't something anyone should have to feel when *looking to invest into a property for the first time.
