We had to sell my mothers bungalow after she went into care. The sales team at YourMove, (Sash, Jo, Jamie, Matt and Gemma) were excellent. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and guided me through every stage of the sale right through to exchanging of contracts and completion.

We bought our house via YourMove and more specifically Sasha at the Ramsgate office. We initially spoke to Sasha early in our process and she quickly identified a house yet to come on to market and secured us a viewing. In some ways obviously the stars aligned and we fell in love with the house and offered quickly but I want to call out Sasha for her communication, engagement and support throughout.
In all honesty, I hate estate agents so it was refreshing to deal with a normal human who could hold a conversation and seemed genuinely vested in our search and positive result for all involved.
Thanks again Sasha, you're a credit to Yourmove. Cheers

If I could give no stars I would. My experience of Your Moves Landlord management service has been abysmal.
An expensive waste of money as Your Move turns their back on you whenever problems arise, leaving landlords to deal with any issues, including emergencies, without any help or support. Although i have found a couple of staff members, Joe and Gemma, to be very helpful and polite, the others have been evasive, unhelpful, unsupportive in their actions, and at times i have experienced them as being outright rude.
I cannot in good conscious recommend Your Move Letting management service to any landlord as in my experience i have found it ineffective and has caused me nothing but grief.

I recently enquired about a property via Rightmove which was promptly followed up by Gemma at Your Move. She was really polite and professional as well as making sure all my questions were answered. I went ahead with this property and everything was super smooth and stress free. Gemma was empathetic of my situation and super helpful in any worries I had. Highly recommend.

Jamie at your move was very friendly throughout the whole process. He was always quick to reply to any queries. I'm a first time buyer and buying by myself. I wasn't made to feel there was any daft questions. Efficiency was high especially when someone was needing to go around the flat. Even chased up the solicitors when things weren't moving.
