Hi, we just completed whole rental commercial process through London Live Work and I have to say that Ravi was very helpful, very committed, very updated and always available to get what was needed to do.
It was a shocking to read earlier reviews that were posted 3-4years ago but it must be different management that has failed , don't blame Ravi and his team for it right now.

The absolute worst "agency" out there. Do yourself a favour and do not get involved with these extremely unprofessional scammers. I regret not having listened when I read the poor reviews here. It has cost me a lot of money, left me traumatized and homeless! DO NOT GET INVOLVED!

Ravi at London Live Work has went above and beyond any expectations that I have had for any letting agent or property managers. He has constantly been there to help me when I was having problems and made his self available after hours on numerous occasions. I commend London Live Work and Ravi specifically for placing integrity above financial gain and I wish all letting agents were the same! Thank you again for all the help and I wish your business all the best in the future!

I have left lengthy review of this business previously but now I see that mine and other people's negative reviews have been removed.
In brief
Stay clear of this company unless you want your time to be wasted as they dont really know what they are doing and seem to be wasting peoples time by offering properties that are no longer available.

Unresponsive. Unprofessional. Unpleasant experience.
Rented for 4 years straight, always paid on time. Barely got the deposit back.
They changed name 4 times to get rid of the previous bad reviews.
Be aware of this is you decide to approach them. Take precautions and protect yourself from scams and jackals.

This is by far the worst estate agency I have worked with. My advise is to avoid at all cost due to the fact that everybody there is so incompetent that they can not even tie their shoe laces without managers involvement, once Ravi, their manager gets involved things only get worst.
I viewed a commercial property that I wanted to rent for our business only to realise that the advert was wrong and half of the property that was firstly advertised wasn't even available as there were still tenants there. Further to this, we agreed to take what was available and wait for the tenant to move in. I have put in the offer a month ago and due to lack of any professional response despite numerous follow ups, I took out another lease and surprise surprise I am still waiting to hear from London live work to date.
Last but not least, their "estate agents" look more like drug dealers than agents.

Very bad service. I asked for the room to be cleaned- walls and floor- and was promised through written email that I'd receive my agency fee back. When I moved in, there were still food stains on the walls, carpets, and somehow ceiling. I cleaned the walls with help from personal connections which took four days and had to be aired out for two. Then I payed for the carpet cleaning of the whole flat which I was eventually able to get reimbursed. The manager told me that he never signed off on returning the agency fee and thus the agent had lied to me. This is ignoring the fact that we were later evicted because the actual owners of the flat demanded the flat back after viewing it for annual reviews. Look for something else.
